Build up a board and burst your opponent down in a single turn! It's not that hard for any class since they only have 15 Health, but you better make sure it's an OTK orelse you just wasted all your damage!

WispInEveryDeck posted a message on Chanman, Gaara, and BoarControl Review Boomsday - Value Town #178Posted in: NewsDont worry guys, I got your synopsis right here:
0:00 - 1 minute of Boarcontrol commenting on his trophy he won at Seat Story, the competition, and Gaara being quietly salty about it.
1:23 - Promise that this video will 'quickly' get to card reviews.
2:33 - They will look at all the cards, skip over the ones they talked about before, but will look at all the cards, and all class cards. They will also kinda take their time but also wont.
3:12 - talk of Seat Story again. Gaara begins browsing Reddit. Boarcontrol talks for 3 minutes at one point without a breath.
6:24 - Chanman makes contradictory statements unprovoked for the next 5 minutes.
11:30 - Valuetown makes mention of their card reveal they got. Which is absolutely ridiculous that their card reveal video was able to be under 3 hours.
11:52 - Chanman discusses his wet dreams. I am not joking.
16:44 - Chanman discusses his recent Anthrocon costume he made. I might be joking.
18:33 - Chanman discusses his questioning of why spicy is the only flavor the human anus can detect. I am joking.
19:01 - they get to card discussions. This was 'quickly'.
33:43 - Chanman puts forth his opinions on some cards, and then changes them to match Gaara and Boarcontrol.
44:12 - Everyone sees how long they can hold their breath for.
45:21 - Gaara wins.
53:44 - Boarcontrol regains consciousness.
1:23:43 - Jokes about 'arms' priest. with the Extra Arms card. Gaara's mom comes in the room, with a very clear and distinct Southern Alabama accent. She asks why he keeps talking in a funny accent with his friends. There is about 2 minutes of silence. Gaara continues to speak in his accent. His mom sets down his pizza rolls and leaves.
1:43:22 - Gaara attempts to swallow his tongue. He's unsuccessful. He compares this futility to Blizzards attempts to make cards for a Shaman Control deck.
1:55:23 - They log into Omegle to ask strangers their opinions on cards. Half the strangers they link to are naked.
2:02:53 - Chanman changes his opinion 5 times on one card based on the others comments.
2:11:11 - Boarcontrol asks is the video will reach 4:20 so he can blaze it.
2:19:15 - Gaara tries to make a joke. It doesnt go over well. Chanman tells him if he tried it in that southern accent his mom had it would have been funny.
2:19:53 - Gaara curses, in a southern accent for the next 11 minutes.
2:30:37 - Chanman says that more cards should be made based on professional players. Gaara states they did already for him, Shifter Zerus. Chanman does not get it.
2:40:23 - They do 'shout outs'. Including all the places to find their excessively long videos. No one has reference Hearthpwn, and how they consistently host this weekly for them.
4:20:19 - Boarcontrol blazes it.

vNihilism posted a message on Tess Greymane is Not Disenchantable for Full Value, Clearly a Mistake, Right? [UPDATE]Posted in: NewsDon't delete this post, as a member of the community you have every right to air your opinions.
BUT I don't think personal opinion posts like this should be forced onto the front page using admin privilege. If it was simply a news post about community outrage (without bias) it wouldn't be an issue.

lMarcusl posted a message on New Card Reveal - Voodoo DollPosted in: NewsNeat effect but way too suboptimal to see any decent use. Has heavy anti-synergy with deathrattle strategies, as you neither want to pull this without the battlecry, copy it or its effect, or revive it. Most classes that can easily kill this themselves without major card investment (Mage, Warlock, Warrior) can generally access far better spot removal. It essentially works as Neutral Corruption but for 2 more mana and with similar silence vulnerability (except they don't have to silence their own minion and potentially strip it of abilities). Like Corruption, it usually takes a turn to go off, allowing your opponent to smash you one last time, counterplay, or trade the minion off, minimising any potential benefit you can get from this. Even the best of best case scenarios like Umbra + Shadowstep require you to have 3 cards + 7 mana to kill one thing and set up to kill another, while getting an Umbra on the board at the same time. At which point, you'd be better off with essentially any other removal option, like Vilespine Slayer. Even a class like Druid with pathetic spot removal would be hard pressed to find a use for this. Maybe in Arena.

I just tested the interaction against innkeeper and to me it seems to work as intended. There may be no visual indicator, but as long as a minion with taunt is also immune, you can just ignore it.

It's only a minor thing, but the achievements certainly helped to keep me invested in the site. I wonder how close I came to obtain "That's Just Crazy"

I think it's more likely that they are doing those demonstrations are done in a separate client that didn't get older cards updated. They may have to add each card they want to use individually, which is why we often see basic-only decks with a few selected new cards.

Both comments are from the same user, so they don't count.

I hope you studied the board, it's quiz time.

Is this still an issue? When the Tavern Brawl started I already had three active quests none got deleted.
When I looked at the quest log, it only showed the three regular quests and the Brawl quest was hidden until I completed one of the other three. I didn't test, if I could go from 2 regular + 1 special back up to 3 regular + 1 special quests since I already had completed the brawl quest before midnight. I might try it next week, though.
1
How many games did it take? Why didn't you do it in fewer?
2
At the start of each turn, instead of refreshing your Mana Crystals, you get Armor instead. Cards that give you Mana like Innervate give you Armor. Whenever you play a card you lose Armor according to the card's cost. So, if your opponent doesn't attack your hero, you can save up Mana over multiple turns and cards like Shield Block get really powerful.
Banned: Violet Illusionist ; As far as I can tell, that's the only neutral card that really breaks this brawl and while there are a few class cards that are as powerful they are spread between classes.
Additional rule for this brawl: Fatigue damage starts at 10 instead of 1.
21
Here's the card you get from Jan'alai's Progeny: Frostfire.
