sorry no
is it worth buying now?
I bought it a few months ago and enjoying it. The cards can be used in wild, most brawls and the adventures so it isnt a waste.
yes if you play wild
Argh, why does the heroic card back have to be so goddamn ugly?? Why can't it be as cool as the pre-order back?
The boss guides are down...anyone has a working link for heroic tips and strategy?
I've PMed the CM from Curse, he already escalated the bug to the devs.
The guides should be up soon I hope, I'm also waiting for them :-/
Managed to defeat the last 4 just browsing by boss name and using decks people shared btw.
Hi everyone,
If you're having problems defeating Heroic General Drakish and tired at only looking at decks from 2015, I made this priest deck with Witchwood's expansion and I managed to kill him on my first try. Some of the cards I placed in this deck are random big cards but a good thing to keep in mind is to try and have Grand Archivest and Spiteful Summoner in the begging of the game so you can have some good board control from the get go. I hope this deck helps!

How I miss thee
Dragons
Funny that only in Ungoro we had a volcano ! hehe
RIP Emperor Thaurissan. You will be missed.
Such a good Adventure that created or enabled so many archetypes, probably more than most expansions have.
Dragon decks, Patron decks, Resurrect Priest, Tempo Mage, and not to mention the tons of combos Emperor Thaurissan enabled.
Too soon
Loved this Adventure my favorite
RE: Adventure - Blackrock - Coren Direbrew - Heroic
Hey Gang. Something unbelievable happened to me. I won this Heroic Challenge on the first try on a Hunter on the 4th round. I did fail a number of times trying to refine a Druid deck with the cards I had and just kept failing over and over. As the guide suggests with this encounter, pack your deck with some big hitters; so I went crazy adding all my biggest hitters and all my mana-generation, and just couldn't keep up.
It eventually occurred to me the way this mechanic works I didn't really need to pack the deck with big hitters, I just had to make which minions I did put in it big, not necessarily a deck full of big ones ... a select few. The other part of the mechanic is beating down Coren's minions before they overwhelm you; so in this case I just picked a few big minions with some effects, and the rest was mostly damage ... both turns kind of damage (*Secrets*). Like I said I got very lucky and got it on the first try on the 4th round, not sure if I could reproduce that luck, but I was so bug-eyed I couldn't believe it was happening!
I have a couple cards, (Blood of The Ancient One) - [if both are in play at the end of my turn they become (The Ancient One) - [a 30/30 minion], I've never been able to proc on my own so I thought I'd try to use this encounter as an opportunity to try it out, and it's basically what won the game for me. The complete link for the deck build will be included at the end of this post, but as a 4th turn win, precious few of them even got a chance. There was one minion, (Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound - Legend) - [At the end of my turn summon a minion from my deck], that doubled my summoning power in this exchange because it Just happened to be the 1st minion Coren summoned for me. when coupled with Coren's Hero proc, I basically matched his summoning power.
Also as the guide tips you off to the fact he'll use (Get'em!) - [Summons 4 1/1 Dwarves w/ Taunt], so I chose to counter that with problem with (Unleash the Hounds) - [Summons a 1/1 Hound w/Charge for every enemy minion]. They made fast work of them on the 3rd turn. Long story short I got both my (Blood of The Ancient Ones) into play on the 2nd and 3rd turns which made him (The Ancient One) at the end of turn 3. Here is the progression of my plays each turn;
Turn 1: (On the Hunt) - [1 Dmg, summon 1/1 Mastif]
Turn 2: (Dart Trap *Secret*) - [Opposing Hero Power procs 5 Dmg to random enemy]
Turn 3: (Unleash the Hounds) - [Summons a 1/1 Hound w/Charge for every enemy minion]
I never even used my Hero Power. Once (The Ancient One) was in play at the end of turn 3, Coren threw everything he had left and could use by the 4th turn straight at the big 30/30 minion who also had another 10/10 on his side. And that was it! Good Luck on your builds out there, and I hope my guide helped. Here's the link the the Deck Build, but just in case the link breaks in the future here is the list here as well :)

Got my card back, huge thanks
guys when brm is going out i have 3 wings left does i worth it
I need guidance beating the final 2 bosses on heroic. Decks and tips are really appreciated.
Ulrik#1145 US
The two last bosses I beat relatively easy. The ones I had the most trouble with were High Justice Grimstone and Maloriak, as they would quickly establish board control.
For Atramedes I didn't even build a custom deck. I simply used a Freeze Mage deck I constructed for Omnotron (see below). I had a Water Elemental attack Atramedes every turn, thereby freezing him so that he couldn't use his weapon. I used spells to control the board, so he couldn't kill off my elemental with his minions.
Nefarian I beat on the first try with this deck (click on the deck to read tactical tips):
