It's been quite a while since I got two 12 wins in a row. While the deck is not something extremely spectacular or flashy, it did have quite allot of strong cards, and the Astral Rift + Leyline Manipulator combo was a game finisher quite allot of times.
Well, I guess Warlock has the highest win rate for a reason. I can't say skill had much to do with it. Right after this run, I did Mage and Shaman runs and got 1-3 in both. Class + RNG is how you win, and skill is incidental.
I have played many, many Arena games, and about 15 12-win runs, but this is the first time I've received a Legendary card as a reward. Harrison Jones is actually good, too. I guess I'll forgive the golden Rare - ugh.
Really great hunter deck - I knew it was destined for 12-wins at about 3-0. A lethal combination of mechs and buffing minions, getting early board dominance and snowballing from there. Very aggressive, with taunts keeping me safe in the late game as I went face.
After failing to succede with a deck with two legendaryes ( Hogger and The Black Knight) , I discover a new legendary witch was the MVP of this run: Master Oakheart. This card was in sinergy with , the only 1 attack minion Tar Lord and Witchwood Grizzly. Gorehowl also helped me to have control on the board or to hit my opponent with 7 damage in the face.
Been struggling with a Warlock lately, which is ongoing trend of mine with a class, but finally got right things together. Deck has some scarse synergies (Wyrmguard, Happy Ghoul and Blazecaller), but that didnt happen a whole lot, I actually was able to activate latter one only in my last game. Second Defile felt unnecessary, but it was frustrating in a game against Paladin, when both copies and Primo Drake were in bottom 10. Double Omega Agents were crushing, I closed most of the games with their help. Main thing I realized after a series of failures and this succesful run is that you cant really built late-game Control Warlock without really solid early-game curve. It just wont happen - you wont get enough board clears, removals and taunts to pull that off. So you should generally aim at Midrange style when drafting the class.
After a lot of really mediocre drafts I got this dream-crushing monster of a warrior deck. No surprises getting 12 wins with this one (and a legendary card reward as the cherry on top):
First I thought that this draft was quite mediocre. But than I was wining and wining without a loose, and the only loose I had was on 10-0, in a mirror with my very silly misplay. So I'm pretty sure that such draft can easily make 12-0 run. Rogue is in very good position on arena at moment...
Giggling followed with Fungalmancer or Wargear was real MVP. Double Cold Blood and double Hallucination were also great for each game. Single Minstrel was quite enough to refill hand.
1-drops do miracles in arena, it can compensate lack of the 2-drops and tempo gain from going 1-2-3-4 is just immense. It felt important to also have as trong 3-drop line, since you are depending on it when going second. Otherwise card quality was solid, some cards may look mediocre, but even Sabretooth Stalker was quite useful in many games with more decks having less boardclears nowadays. Lich King card won me one game and another time dude just conceded when I played it, though he only needed 3 damage to answer it, he was playing Warlock and it was 7-0.
It is obviously extremly strong deck (both in terms of synergy and card quality), which paired with it belonging to the best arena class isnt suppose to surprise anyone by going full 12. I was surprised right away tho, since I got my face smahed in in what people would call a perfect storm first game by a Hunter. Thankfully I was able to get my shit together, not tilt and play at high level for the rest of the run. My second loss was against Shaman (I simply lost to a single Flametongue Totem, not much to discuss there), so its kinda interesting that a deck powerhouse like that got shot down by arguably two worst arena classes rn.
This draft was more interesting than your regular Rogue. It havily relied on synergies, I intentionally went hard on spell damage and was rewarded with a triple Fan, which was exceptionallypowerful since board clear is actually the one thing Rogue is traditionally lacking in its toolkit. There was also pretty strong mech synergy in the deck in the form of double magnetic 5-drop - deck doesnt have too much mechs overall, but both Giggling and Mecharoo are sticky minions (often times I would keep a combo in my opening hand) and so is Bull Dozer in some way. Latter actually performed much better than I expected - it turns out that Rogue and Druid cant really afford to ping its shield if you pressured them agressively leading to that moment and it actually tears down non-ping classes naturally. Wouldnt call it a top-tier lategame option, but it can be a real consideration if you are drafting high tempo deck.
Your bread and butter Warlock deck - bunch of 1-drops, cause 1-drops are good, dont care about earlygame after that cause of double Defile, then we enter a tap city and overvalue everyone. Lost only once in a mirror, guy had insane amount of perfect answers (topdeck Dreadlord turn 5 to kill three 2-1s kind of stuff), other ones were pretty easy. Deck has some tech cards, but they performed poorly. Ooze got one Shaman legendary weapon in the game I would have won anyway and Blood Knight didnt get a single Divine Shield from my opponents. Zealot+Defile combo is strong, but used it only once.
Deck was basically carried by double Cleric. In many games I was able to draw so much cards that I was actually milling them. Couple this with a usual high average card quality Priest has and most people just couldnt do anything when I was able to take a solid grip onto the board. First time in a while I felt Scream was actually good - usually it was just a dead card for me. I skipped one Holy Nova in the draft, it probably would have been good too, since even with my comparatevily strong early-game I more often than not was playing from behind. Every single taunt in this deck felt amazing, Tortollian Primalist was a meme pick its not actually good. Not much to say apart from that. Lost to a Rogue with Kidnapper and to a Druid with Roar.

2x UI, strong midgame with double Yeti, easy run.

A balanced deck with a great mid-game help me to succede today. On the legendary pool I was put to choose between Elise the Trailblazer , Rin, the First Disciple and Zilliax. I choose Zilliax and it was the best decision because heal was esencial and rush was realy good. Fungalmancer and double Despicable Dreadlord help me to win more and more tempo.
Sadly I made a mistake in this game https://hsreplay.net/replay/QZDaVisTSQpFpENWcFeanB , and my first 12-0 was gone. If someone cand look at this game and write me a feedback I will realy appreciate.

This deck had everything it takes to get 12 wins. Supercollider was the powerful card in the deck. Giggling Inventor in sinergy with Sea Giant and Lesser Mithril Spellstone were very oppressive. And Frothing Berserker played at the beginning of the game brought me quick vitories, lowering the opponent's life very quickly. I lost because I made a little mistake and I had a weak draw.
