It seems like a bait. The other player would have to be very careful about playing into your (probable) board clear.

I don't have a strong opinion about which packs are most valuable.
However, if you're spending money, you should spend it first on the adventures. Those cards are guaranteed. Many core Wild cards are only available through the adventures. Then, buy ten packs of each set to both get the guaranteed legendary and to get a small inventory of commons from each set.

"Malygos's" - such an obvious typo slipped in unnoticed?
That's not a typo. Since it's a proper name, Malygos' and Malygos's are both acceptable.
On the card: I like it a lot. The spells you get are so good it doesn't matter if you lose tempo or what. Might be the return of some variant of minion-mage.
Correct. Most Americans would add a syllable when pronouncing Malygos's, so it only makes sense to write it. Most style guides say that adding the s is correct. It is common practice to leave off the s after historical names (esp. Jesus) or when the name ends with a "z" sound (when it is less likely to be pronounced).

Considering how often Warrior keeps the board clear throughout a game, this is an amazing card.

This will trigger Keeper of Secrets and Emerald Spellstone, but it won't trigger Counterspell, correct? Counterspell only counters spells cast by cards, not spells cast by battlecries.

Whenever my Reno/Kazakus/Zephrys doesn't turn gold in my hand, it's because a card or cards have been added to my deck, and I now have unexpected duplicates. That is what happened to you, even if you can't remember the circumstances. Either that, or you made a mistake with your deckbuilding.
The lamp animation is related to Zephrys's summoning, not his battlecry.

I'd say 2/3 of the friend requests are for trolling and 1/3 are to make friends.
If you have a thin skin, you should never respond to a friend request. Otherwise, there is an entertainment value to accepting salty friend requests, double if you engage in "cross-trolling".

IDK what you guys want to achieve with these posts... Blitzhchung and the casters broke the rules and Blizzard has the full right to punish people who break their rules. Simple as that.
Also I dont think Blizzard gives a fuck about a few people and 1 caster who quit HS. This is a huge company and tons of people are interested in working for it
You Sir, finally opened my eyes! For this i want to thank you from the bottom of my Heart.
There were Rules , in Black and white god damit, he should have known what happened . Like in the real World , without exactly enforching those rules there would only be Sodom and Gomorrah. You are so right. Blizzard and every authority has the full right to punish people who break their rules. Simple as that.
Have you read the actual text of the rule? It is NOT black and white. "Engaging in any act that, in Blizzard’s sole discretion, brings you into public disrepute, offends a portion or group of the public, or otherwise damages Blizzard image..."
That's not black and white: that's an arbitrary judgment call. The rule doesn't even cite politics specifically.

Unfortunately that's not the full quote of what Kibler actually wrote. It's missing out a few important parts (like that he thinks that Blizzard should indeed have punished blitz and that he surely knew what he's getting into). The main guy is there though: ridiculously harsh punishment that seems to have been influenced by more than just the wish to keep politics out of hearthstone esports
The player SHOULD have received a light punishment. Indeed, it is not the forum for political statements. I understand that other players have been lightly punished in the past for making political comments. A ban of a certain number of months with Blizzard just saying that it wants to maintain political neutrality in its events would have been okay. Taking away the guy's already-won prize and firing the commentators was way over the line, and stinks of political appeasement. Ever heard of damnatio memoriae?

All this people saying they will boycott Blizzard, but they will continue to use their phones, laptops, desktops and every other electronic device, shoes, etc. ALL of which were built in China or use Chinese parts and puts money directly in the pockets of the Chinese government shows people don't really care what China does as long as they get their stuff for cheap and everything else is just flavor of the month fake outrage.
What other options are there beside Chinese-made versions of those goods?

I don't really understood the point of Rafaam. I think I've played him twice in my most recent 20 games, and won with him one of those times. Playing him means you lose a lot of important cards, and you end up playing one fatty a round after that. Whoo-hoo. If you play with Anubisath Warbringer, you'll lose your buffs. Rafaam is not good against any meta decks; maybe he was good against Bomb Warrior, but that's gone now.
The point of Rafaam is that you can use your hero power to get free legendaries (so you can play more than one per turn) as well as get rid of the corrupted bloods. You're never "forced" to play Rafaam, you use him late game to transform cards that won't matter much in the end game into potential threats. The problem is that you risk getting even more useless cards... But it is fun when it works - I once won againt Shirvalla Paladin because I got two Nozaris :)
I meant that you are forced to play Rafaam once your deck is filled with Corrupted Bloods. That's another reason I'm not impressed with Hakkar in this deck.
Rafaam may be "fun", but most of the decks now have strong late-game plans that can overcome his random legendaries. I now think the stronger play is to overcome your opponent with minions buffed by Anubisath Warbringer while controlling the board with Fel Lord Betrug and spells.
I'm actually looking for a replacement for Rafaam, although he is really fun to have in there.
