A 2/2 for 3 mana would be the correct change in my opinion. Right now this is worthless in constructed.

There is no point using this card on any Paladin Deck since with 2 mana, you get a 1/1 with Reinforce, our Hero Power. 

You can replace the card with the Silverhand Recruit and instead of taking the draw, you'll just have the whatever other card you put in the deck instead of this. 

Really, don't use this as a Paladin unless you just want to limit your possibilities and burn your deck faster.

Well, you can only hero power once per turn...
