Not necessary but acceptable nerf imo.

It still basically says "1 mana: Deal 7 damage to an Avenge-buffed Mysterious Challenger".

Why don't they nerf Power Word: Shield then? that card is to good at 1 mana 

There are plenty of counters against Power Word: Shield .
Doesn't count for Hunter's Mark .

Hunters mark is good in agro and midrange aswell, to take out the annoying taunt blocking 5 or 6 damage.

Why oh why would you nerf this card?! It was perfectly balanced! RIP any potential for control hunter :(

Why is this card a 0 cost?  How did this not make it past quality control?

Every time I face a hunter I just think, "Which monster I play is going to get screwed over this time?"  I'm tired of high cost cards being killed by this and a wild boar or a 1/1 hound."

Whenever I see this card, all I can think is:

"NOT AGAIN!! Hunter's GEORGE!"

Hunter's Mark x 2 are a reward for raising a hunter to level 6.

Golden Hunter's Mark is a reward for raising a hunter to levels 40 and 42.
