Please help clarify me a bit, is the pre-purchased card all new pack or include the old pack (classic, GvG)?
Love it or hate it it's happening... and im pumped. lets see more early game anti aggro! :D
People praising this are most likely playing the holy trinity (Mage, Hunter, Warlock). Its sad to see that the decks everyone plays are the only ones that get any real love. Shaman has been bottom of the board for so long and they're just now getting some decent cards. Meanwhile hunter gets even more potentially broken cards that they DO NOT NEED! People groan whenever hunters get new cards because they're consistently game breaking. The one weakness hunters had was their hero power being limited to the enemy player and now even that has been changed by a new card. Its unbelievable.
They've shown a grand total of 15 cards out of 132. It seems way to early to determine which class gets the most "real love". And all four of the shown Shaman cards seem quite strong.
Also, Steamwheedle Sniper is a GvG card, so not really new.
The two hunter cards shown were actually pretty mediocre and Shaman did get a seemingly large buff. Lock and Load seems awful for all current hunters builds and it may actually be enough to get people to finally play a more control oriented (or at least combo oriented) deck which could be huge for the game.
You're right. hunter has no need for Lock and Load. It's not even GOOD in a current face hunter list or midrange list. So it's basically going to potentially provide a different and additional way to play the class. This is good news, guys. People thought Call Pet was broken too (seriously). It's not a charge minion or a burn spell, so cool your jets.
Seriously, you'd think in THE GRAND TOURNAMENT we'd finally get tournament mode, but it's starting to look like that's never gonna happen. Which is a goddamn travesty
I completely agree. I think the one big thing this expansion will do it create a meta where there are loads of different decks being played in the meta rather than just 5-8 dominant ones.
This was almost bound to happen as more and more cards are added but I think Blizzard has done a good job increasing the options for new viable decks.
I can only dream of playing 10 games in ladder ranks 5-1 and seeing 10 very different decks - I BELIEVE!
