Try to think of an average game for you and remember how many times you use your hero power. Then ask yourself how much would this have to cost late-game to want to include this. This just feels like Bolvar to me
Edit: At least Priest now has a legitimate reason to heal opponent's face on turn 2 other than because "The light shall burn you"
I agree with T4te. It seems good, but even at 4 lifetaps, it still costs 6, which isn't that great (you can usually play your Mountain Giants for 4 or 5). And Handlock does like its giants, but I don't think the deck should play 6... we'll see.
I also first thought this would be great in Handlock but after actually thinking it through im not so sure. For starters this is a late game card (before turn 7 or 8 basically unplayable and against aggro decks where tapping is scarcely done more than once or twice completely unplayable). Unlike mountain which can be played at 4 for insae tempo swings and molten which can be a lifesaver against extreme aggro. So when would frost giant actually be good? => when you want to make power turns in the endgame / powerful combos like shadoflame giant. So unless the meta slows down a lot I dont see at the moment a spot for this card in my handlock (definately prefer the other giants).
Potentially better in shaman or paladin, i can imagine the new totem shaman to be using his hero power a lot.

hmm on second thought the paladin suggestion seems pretty legit. if you were spamming out tokens and trying to quartermaster buff you'd have a relatively cheap big minion to play, but that still might not be a viable build, I suspect the synergy with other new minions will be key.
