I'm going to miss this card when it rotates out of Standard. Great art, great voice, and decent stats if you can satisfy the condition on curve, which almost never happens. Oh well.
With the more recent addition of Cult Sorcerer, could this ideally be a good drop on the curve for mage or in general? I feel like with Faceless Summoner and another beefy early game minion the tempo swing could be greater.
A pretty neat card as long as it doesn't get killed (in fact it would be devastating if it isn't killed), though in order to use this card in turn 3, it would basically require the spell damage card to survive that turn, which in many cases would be killed by a spell, especially if the class warrants enough threat with that extra damage. But in ideal conditions, she can be pretty damn good. Might actually test this out.
It has to be on the board. The key here is that the Master (MIstress?) of Ceremonies uses the keyword "have." Blackwing Technician uses the keyword "holding."
Because it's Spell Damage, you immediately think Mage, but this could be keystone for a spell damage Rogue. Which doesn't really exist, but rogue has some decent damaging spells. A 6/4 on turn 3 is going to get your opponent's attention pretty well, possibly keeping those spell damage minions alive longer and getting some better use out of Shiv, Fan of Knives, etc.
Rogue has some of the most efficient damaging spells in the game, and many of them benefit greatly from Spell Damage. Rogue has multiple AoE spells in the form of Blade Flurry or Fan of Knives (which is even a cantrip!) As for single target spells, there's Backstab, Shiv, Eviscerate, and more. You could even try this with fudging Headcrack.
This card will be something like Mechwarper or Murloc Warleader in arena. You'll pick it because a 4/2 for 3 is the best available option, and if you happen to trigger the effect somehow, lucky you.
It would be questionably playable if it were a 3-mana 2/4 (same effect), but yeah the toughness is just an issue when confronting aggro decks. At worse, she dies to just about anything. The good thing is if you play a k. geomancer and the opponent doesn't kill it and then you drop this girl on turn 3 and then you're opponent might have to spend 2 cards or 1 card and hero power just to kill it.
Ready to RRRRUUUUUMMMMBBBLLLEEEE!!!!!!

Wait.
Hold up: why isn't this is Shaman if they already rely on spell damage minions for boosting Spirit Claws and their AOEs like Maelstrom Portal and Lightning Storm?

The sound effect of this card... The best. No competition:)
The best female MC of Hearthstone!
Does the minion with spell damage have to be on the Board? Or does it activate exactly like Blackwing Technician ?

not if it dies right when it gets played. Hopefully there will be a spell damage 2 drop more viable than the current 2 drops.
