Guess this fits with Tiny Knight of Evil and Fist of Jaraxxus... in theory... without those, it's kind of bad if you discard the two, if your hand is empty it's great obviously.
Pretty trash, IMO. The only kind of deck you'd want this sort of effect in would be a control type deck, which is where the discard price will always be highest.
So this wouldn't be usable if there's only one minion on your opponent's field right?
By th time you use this card (at least 6 w/o coin) to remove your opponent's minions, you're likely to have other cards that are very valuable later on, such as a Mal'ganis, Jaraxxus, or other legendaries so I'm not sure if discarding 2 cards is fair.
Discard Warlock will be a thing, mark my words. Use this with Fist of Jaraxxus for a huge damage splash onto your opponent. It may not always be perfect, but it's certainly interesting.
so I can laugh at you later on when it turns out that it isn't a thing at all.
I'm not saying you'll put a whole bunch of discard into your deck just for the luls, I'm saying that a Warlock zoo list will be able to pull off Fist of Jaraxxus with Dark Bargain and Doomguard. Like Dragon Warrior pre-TGT, you're just running a bit of the stuff because it's good, not because you want your entire deck to revolve around a single mechanic.
I don't think fist of jaraxxus is good enough to be run anywhere. You'd first have to discard it which is difficult/slow/random and then hit something good which is purely random.
Besides if you just wanna run dark bargain and fist of jaraxxus in zoo I doubt that a new name a lá "Discard Warlock" is needed.

i m thinking midrange or zoo (for late game clear), you dont really want to lose that much resource in control
Is it me, or do the Warlock cards seem to lack even the smallest of synergy this expansion? It just seems some random stuff thrown at a wall, with a bit of power creep (fuse) with huge new drawbacks.
There does not seem to be any coherence, not even with the discard mechanics using cards.
It's you. I mean if you can't see the discard synergy then you're not looking very hard. I'm not saying that it sounds amazing, but it is synergy.
Discuss!
Have a great deck that's really, really cheap? Help the new players out

Could become "ok"ish if the Meta slows down enough...

It seems to be Sabotage times two, although the discard is a heavy price to pay.
On a quest to capture every zone in Azeroth into Hearthstone cards! Elwynn Forest, Redridge Mountains, Stranglethorn Vale and Northern Barrens!
Looks like Zoo is the new meta with all those new hard removals.

Warlock got screwed over so bad with the new cards that this is the single best Warlock card so far. Pathetic.
Put your faith in the Lock. *Desideratus Bellum*

Rawr I'm a dinosaur
Yeah not really a bargain for me since i shop at Walmart lol Kappa, imo the discard warlock will be utterly brown.
Sure, I'll mark them

wrong, that 6/6 taunt that hellfires keeps zoo in check too, plus new aoe's
you forget the 3 mana 2/2 that makes your hero power cost 2 less

I can just see the situation:
Opponent plays ysera on an empty board.
You try to play this card: Error "Your opponent must have at least 2 minions"
Then you play hungry dragon first. Problem solved.

This seems flagrantly broken.
If you have two Fist of Jaraxxus and manage to discard them, this could act as a Flamestrike.
But who am I kidding, 6 mana? That is way overpriced for what this does. This should be 4 mana.
