I put my money on this becoming a really threatening card post WoTOG. 

If only Baron Rivendare Rhonin Emperor Thaurissan Malygos

He has a lot of potienal but his death rattle can be countered in general he is a good card not in a style of tempo but in more of a get a 7/7 and hope it works out

This card is alot better than I initially thought (I think). Leave it up, get hit by 7 damage. Kill it and take 9 random damage.

However,Ragnaros is guaranteed 8 random damage and isnt weak to silence. This was my original thought to Rhonin [/card] beeing bad. The fact that I have Rag makes it easier to justify him, than justifieng crafting[card]Rhonin. Then again 9 random split is better than 8 random ball from rag in most situations I belive.

So should I craft Rhonin? (I play most decks, other cards on my crafting list include: The Black Knight, Nexxus Champion Saraad, Baron Geddon, Neptulon, Eydis Darkbane, Gormok the Impaler and all the mech-and-sparepart related legendaries from TGT.

I ended up grafting Baron Geddon. HAvent gotten to much use for him though.

Gormok could be good inn Zoo, but it will get bad in standard. Eydis Darkbane is just vanilla stats with great potential, but she too will suffer from lack of spare parts in standard. Now that standard is about to become a thing, Im really glad I didnt spend all my dust on those GVG cards. Not gonna vraft anything until I see what the new expansion has to offer.

Black Knight stills seems like a really nice tech card to have though.

Rhonin, idk. He is slo. Yeah a big minion that isnt easily fully removed, but then they will ignore him and kill you before you get any value :/

Got this from a pack tried playing it died every game before turn 8 3/10.

But in all seriousness it's an 8 mana 7/7 that gets you 9 damage without a combo once it dies without silence polymorph etc. 

Rag is 8 mana 8/8 instantly blows an 8.

Honestly... if he was somehow immune to Silence then I would use him but ATM anything remotely interesting gets Silenced... Immediately...

bgh'ing him yourself immediately after you play him makes him not have a chance to be silenced.
