I really like Chillmaw and Direhorn Hatchling because they tie together Fire Plume's Heart, The Curator, and N'Zoth, the Corruptor.

Amazing in Quest Warrior/Priest :D

I just opened a golden one, now I only need to finish BRM to be able to play dragon

I am crazy! past midnight but I want to do another review!!!

This card is one of my dragon ladies! (yes! I know it is a girl because the flavor text)

The Breakdown

Chillmaw is a 7 mana 6/6, not overly bad. She has taunt, which is really good to have, so she does protect you. And, when this lovely dies you get a free Hellfire. The only requirement is that you have another dragon in your hand and that is not to hard to pull off. Though to be honest I use her in my N'Zoth, the Corruptor deck mainly because reusable taunt (and I do have a few other dragons so she triggers her ability sometimes), of course she is WAY better in a REAL dragon deck. 

Chillmaw's ability makes her one of the best support pieces for dragon decks, it is always good to clear your opponents board of a pesky Moroes and a few other small to medium sized minions! As long as you are using a dragon deck she is one of the best taunts in the game! (even though no taunt is better then Tirion Fordring). 

I highly recommend her for anyone who is like me...and is OBSESSED with playing dragon control and killing ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING JUST FOR FUN! *evil laughter*

Conclusion

Chillmaw is an efficient way for dragon decks to deal with large boards of small minions. You could use her in a N'zoth deck but unless you are also using dragons you have better choices.

Why I love Chillmaw...

I love this dragon lady! :D 

And... she fits so well in my dragon deck! 

And her gold art is so amazing! 

And I love clearing boards like the control obsessed player I am that kills EVERYTHING he can *evil laugh*

Why is this a bad card? Have seen so many saying they regret crafting this card. Recently started playing as Dragon Priest, and I love it. I miss this card, and planning to craft in near future. Should I? 

Second, does it also work in other dragon decks? Dragon Mage?

So silence got nerfed (owl + keeper), is Chillmaw worth crafting now? Definitely fits dragon pala as well, and can be respawned via N'Zoth, the Corruptor! :)

Nice. Chillmaw is crawling up my crafting list. Other contenders are Hogger, doom of elwynn, Shifter Zerus and Onyxia; but out of these I think Chillmaw is the most competitive one atm

Same here. I love this card, mainly the golden animation. Surely will end up crafting it soon. ^^ 

Want Shifter Zerus too. Today got it in brawl. Sadly all the turns it changed, it was very crappy. :( 

I wish there was more use for this card because it is one of the most beautiful cards in the game. Would craft a gold one if i could put it to regular use. 

I think this card is underated right now.. Good thing other players don't see it's potential paladins and shaman won't carry silence xD My next golden craft, animation looks sick.

It's just a board wipe AND a 6/6 taunt. Really worth crafting. IGN 11/10

I understand it may be too early to say for sure, but how strong is this card now that Patron Warrior is dead?  Is it worth crafting? 

Yes it is. Even without a dragon in your hand, it's still a 6/6 with taunt.

not to mention with the fricking crazy amount of aggro going around it. It pretty much wipes the broad clean when it dies (if and when the deathrattle goes off)

it is strong in a dragon synergy deck as its deathrattle will heavily damage an opponents board when it triggers. it is also a strong bluff to throw down in said deck as and it is not easily removed by a BGH with its stats.  overall the strength of the card makes it a force to be reckoned with SOMETIMES.  nevertheless the Taunt it has makes it worthy of any dragon synergy deck by far.
