I decided to make a tier list of the WOG cards now that everything is released, but one that really means something, as a tier list is often very personnal. So i used the polls the community answered for every card, and created 5 tiers from the 5 options : Meta-defining is Tier 1, Very good is Tier 2, Playable is tier 3, Bad is Tier 4 and Dust is Tier 5. I choose the highest percentage of vote in a category to put them into a tier. I also divided Tier 2, 3 and 4 into 2 sub-tiers, the tiers + and - . For example, a tier 2 card that has its second highest number of vote in "Meta-defining" will be tier 2+, and a tier 2 card that has its second highest number of vote in "Playable" will be tier 2-
I also classed the cards in the differents tiers by percentage of votes. In the + tiers, the card with the smallest percentage are the best (because a lot of other votes were made in the upper tier) while in - tiers, the cards with the highest percentage are the best.
Some card's percentage are not in the correct order, because i moved some cards to reflect better some rankings that don't work with this technique.
In Ittalic, next to the cards, are my personnal comments.
Infested Wolf 61.4% Certainly the best 4-drop possible for hunters. The spiders are beast, so a huge set up for Houdmaster, Ram wangler and Princess Huhuran (for the deathrattle effect)
Fiery Bat 57.4% Leper Gnome substitute for hunters.
Selfless Hero 57% I already fear the type of deck this card implies...
Blood To Ichor 56.6% Very solid card that has the potential to be played in a lot of different warriors.
Shadow Strike 55.3% Extremely powerfull rogue spell that will certainly be an auto-include. I would move it to tier 2+.
Princess Huhuran 54.2% Just for the fact it's the first playable hunter lengendary, she deserves a spot in tier 1.
Evolved Kobold 40.2% I don't even have a funny thing to say... I don't see one spell that would justify these stats *Keeper of the Grove cries in a corner*
Wisps of the Old Gods 45.7% I guess 5 wisps wasn't enough, that's why dark wispers was never played. Filling your board is far better.
Nat, the Darkfisher 54.6% One day, this card will mill your C'Thun. It needs to exist for that precise reason.
Tentacles for Arms 62.5% A redditor said he would give 10.000$ to charity if this card would see competitive play. You know, a tier list, it's kinda personal... a tier 5 card is not necesserally THAT bad...
The Boogeymonster 77% Every expansion has its Hemet. It's to make sure than when YOU open a pack, you get this while your friends are getting N'Zoth the Corruptor.
Unranked cards.
Some card are unranked due to a too large fluctuation in the votes.
I truly think Twin Emperor Vek'lor is the most broken card of the expansion. A total of 20 stats for 7 mana is ridiculous. And just wait to face a C'Thun evolve Shaman to play this into evolve resulting a Tirion + a Ragnaros.
Well, there are always arguments about powercreep (Booty Bay is better with joust! wow!), but in general it will always be stricly better. And honestly, i don't care about powercreep, that was just for the joke ^^
C'thun is so overrated I can't wait to crush those decks with aggro/midrange decks just the fact you play low value minions for like 5 turns means you will always be behind on board.

Well, I think that the Twins emperor and some class cultist are enough to make C'Thun viable. I don't even imagine the tempo swing of this new dr 7 dropped on turn 7.

in the current meta NO one card can totally negate dr. boom completly without him making impact or wasting your resources also boom goes on every deck without even thinking if he fits the theme..
thus the 2 4/6 taunts while strong aren't game breaking.
C'thun is so overrated I can't wait to crush those decks with aggro/midrange decks just the fact you play low value minions for like 5 turns means you will always be behind on board.

yeah Bog crepeer trades with your "dr 7" perfectly. and hogger too.
But would you really play these cards in an aggro/midrange decks ? I doubt so ^^

In aggro no.. in midrange..why not? ironbeak protector is kinda decent.. this one is much better.
I'm a little confused with duskboar being tier 5. This could be very good in a beast hunter that runs tundra rhino, I would give it tier 4+ at least.
Well, running tundra rhino isn't very good on its own... and playing a suboptimal 2-drop only to combo it with this card (a combo that isn't even great, 4 damage for 2 mana is okaish) while sucking the rest of the time is a bad idea in a deck that already lack of space ^^
Well, there are always arguments about powercreep (Booty Bay is better with joust! wow!), but in general it will always be stricly better. And honestly, i don't care about powercreep, that was just for the joke ^^
Ah yes, but Tribal tags in Hearthstone have been specifically named as a benefit. Cards such as River Crocolisk have been so far defined as not powercreeped because cards like Flame Juggler are not strictly better.
C'Thun 77.1% Really overrated will spawn a few decks, won't be very successful as people think they will be
Doomcaller 54.1% Very surprised about this one. I think it is overhyped., I think the same, overrated as hell plus is a card in an overrated archtype overateception.
Fandral Staghelm 52.8% A bit overhyped i think. Will not likely stay on the board, and combo it right away is good but not OP. I think this card is really strong and you can just put it in any deck that has manay choose one effects
Tier 2+ These cards will see competitive play in several decks.
Twin Emperor Vek'lor *45.2% This card should definitly be tier 1. If C'thun becomes viable, this card is simply OP
Overrated not OP as people think it's a high value card inseed but bigger minions like ragnaros or just a 7/7 trades evenly with the card it's definetly not dr. boom level.
Flamewreathed Faceless *44.1% This card is broken in arena, and will see play in constructed due to the BGH nerf.
one of the cards that kills your emperors for example
Shadowcaster *47.3 % I'm not sure this one is THAT good, but everyone seems hyped about it.
it has potential to be absolutely broken.
Deathwing, Dragonlord 36.6% For me it's not good, but it's pretty hard to assess this one.
overrated
Blade of C'Thun 40.4% I don't think C'Thun Rogue will be a thing because of the lack of heals, but if the meta is slow, this card is obviously good.
The effect is kinda ok.. but it's way too slow too fair.
Steward of Darkshire 41.2 % I think it has the potential to define the new cancer in standard. Hope it's tier 3 :)
hope it's tier 1, probably will be too, it's the best paladin card in the expansion and paladin don't have many 3 drops in general and there is no Muster for Battletoo
One of the better cultist, but I think this is one of few who are good.. in a token meta the stats aren't that good since he dies to a token + a 1 drop. definetly not shredder level
Disciple of C'Thun 56.2% This card will be an auto include in every single C'Thun deck. I call it.
Best neutral C'thun cultist but seems like the other neutrals are kinda lame.
Dark Arakkoa 60.1% The main reason why C'Thun druid would be a thing, with innervate.
Good cultist trades well with other popular 6 drops, main reason to run druid C'thun deck.
Tier 2- These cards will certainly be played, but in lower tier deck or will have a smaller impact in general
Ragnaros, Lightlord *49.5% This one has almost as much vote in T1 than T3, so i put him here.
most of the time you won't be able to play a 4/10 at turn 4 unless you had exactly 2 early minions with +2/+2.. off curve it's less impressive.
Cult Sorcerer 62.5% Will be played even in Non-C'Thun decks i think.
This is a +1 attackKobold Geomanceris this good enough? I guess since you miss out of mad scientist you want to run another powerful 2 drop the choice is between this and Fallen Hero
discover cards are really powerful it's 1 mana less museum curator but it's a 1 mana spell.. on rogue.. COMBO ENABLER + a strong effect.. underhyped, besides deathrattle rogue will really like this card.
Selfless Hero 57% I already fear the type of deck this card implies...
What's wrong with aggro? much more interesting than C'thun decks for sure.
How good is a 1/4 taunt for 2 though? might see play if you want additional early game taunts in your deck, if face hunter is popular this is a spedd bumb for them.
One of the 2 good neutral 7 drops in the expansion, will surprise some players who just see C'thun, or minions with cool effects as viable, but this taunt is quite good. some classes currently don't have any turn 7 paly this can fill the void.
Tier 3- Balanced cards, but will certainly be too weak for constructed. Might see play in fun decks.
never? nah if some broken effects work with the discard mechanic it's quite good.. do you know yu-gi-oh?t here is that dark world archtype.. I don't know if it's strong in there but I think it's quite effective, the point is.. that with enough support the archtype will be good.. we need a minion that when it'ss discarded it's summoned instead.
Evolved Kobold 40.2% I don't even have a funny thing to say... I don't see one spell that would justify these stats *Keeper of the Grove cries in a corner*
if it was any better OTK decks could be insane, this is meant for a burst combo or a big AOE turn.
Grotesque Dragonhawk 38.7% Because everyone knows +4/+4 on an already shit minion is worth 6 mana.
OTK warrior
Tier 5 These are the cards you will get from your Old Gods packs.
The Boogeymonster 77% Every expansion has its Hemet. It's to make sure than when YOU open a pack, you get this while your friends are getting N'Zoth the Corruptor.
feelsbadman
Unranked cards.
Some card are unranked due to a too large fluctuation in the votes.
If you are looking for a crazy card this is the best for you, it's also probably gonna draw you cards, play a ton of secrets and clear the enemy board, or both boards.. can also kill you, but mostly won't.
could se competitive play actually.
Interesting facts
To the surprise of few, C'Thun is the best card of the set, while The Boogeymonster is the worst. (this is the community opinion)
There are 88 playable cards (tier 1, 2 and 3+) out of 137, and 4 undecided. I don't get it.. the set contains 134 cards
Warlock is the Looser. Every card tier 3 or below, and the only Tier 2 Warlock will be fine, you will see.
Every cultist is at least T3+ (except Skeram Cultist but no one cares). This really seems a viable archetype. it's the community opinion!
4.5% of Hearthpwn users voted The Boogeymonster as a Meta-defining card. Those who did are the high legend players
I put my opinion on all the ratings/cards my comments are in bold .
I also erased the things I agree with or don't care enough to comment about.
Selfless Hero 57% I already fear the type of deck this card implies...
What's wrong with aggro? much more interesting than C'thun decks for sure.
I don't fear aggro, i just hate divine favor decks - which this card implies. Aggro paladin is by far one of the most annoying deck to play agaisnt as a control deck.
Hooded Acolyte 52.2% I can already see this card with Wild Pyromancer and Circle of Healing. Scary.
it's not scary lol. cleric is much more scary than this it's a vanilla 3/6 till you play C'thun.
It's not scary value or power-wise, but i already imagine this combo with the C'Thun gradually growing with his little animation, and that's kinda scary (fun remark of course, i don't even think C'Thun priest would be that great)
Vilefin Inquisitor 39.2% I think the votes are mostly for the art... Because it's only good in aggro murloc, which is bad.
Actually the change in hero power doesn't make it more aggressive only more synergistist-> value->midrange.
Yep, i agree, didn't think of it that way. I don't think its is really worth the spot tho, as a midrange murloc deck isn't that great since you loose Murk-Eye (in standard)
Twisted Worgen 50.7% I'm really surprised, expecting it way lower.
Aggro card.. yes aggro exists.
Even in aggro i think it's bad. I dont want to play 1 more mana on a worgen inflitrator jsut for 1 attack.
Cabalist's Tome 52.5% I think everyone underrated this card before the stream. Might be tier 2.
The stream decks aren't refined, as seen in emperor thaurisan 5 turns on board, -frodan couldn't remove, enemy didn't win immediattely.
Sure, but we still saw that this card provide great value. I'm sure this card will be played in Value mage, if it exists.
Giant Sand Worm 42.6% Control Hunter.... I have faith in you this time...
I don't, this card is super slow.
I don't have faith thanks to this card, i just hope it will viable this time (bad choice of word in the OP)
Divine Strength 42.3% Migth be good in eboladin... ... don't even try !
Again this fear of aggro.. sigh.. also good in midrange for favorable trades. silence got nerfed, so this is better than it seems
I just hate eboladin, like I said with the sefless hero. Everyone has a most hated deck ^^
never? nah if some broken effects work with the discard mechanic it's quite good.. do you know yu-gi-oh?t here is that dark world archtype.. I don't know if it's strong in there but I think it's quite effective, the point is.. that with enough support the archtype will be good.. we need a minion that when it'ss discarded it's summoned instead.
Of course this might work, some example showed it (paladin secrets were considered trash before TGT), that was just a joke.
Yep, I also think they made this card to give a cheap 10 mana option if a new player get Ancient Harbringer from a pack.
Grotesque Dragonhawk 38.7% Because everyone knows +4/+4 on an already shit minion is worth 6 mana.
OTK warrior
I thought of it, just for the joke. But i feel Raging Worgen is still better in an otk warrior, you just loose 1 attack for a 4 mana benefit.
Interesting facts
To the surprise of few, C'Thun is the best card of the set, while The Boogeymonster is the worst. (this is the community opinion) And it's a community tier list, so it's true :)
There are 88 playable cards (tier 1, 2 and 3+) out of 137, and 4 undecided. I don't get it.. the set contains 134 cards My bad on this point
Warlock is the Looser. Every card tier 3 or below, and the only Tier 2 Warlock will be fine, you will see. I know, but in term of strict card quality, according to the community it's the looser. I rather think the loosers are rogue and priest.
I put my opinion on all the ratings/cards my comments are in bold .
I also erased the things I agree with or don't care enough to comment about.
And these are my answer to those directly pointed to me, in Itallic bold :)

Some card are unranked due to a too large fluctuation in the votes.
Yogg-Saron, Hope's End For obvious reasons.
Shifter Zerus Very Unique, need to see in game.
Renounce Darkness Impossible to know how strong it will be.
Darkspeaker The poll is broken, i don't have the stats. If it was me, i would rate it tier 3- (potentialy good in evolve Shaman)
Interesting facts
Nice list bro!
I truly think Twin Emperor Vek'lor is the most broken card of the expansion. A total of 20 stats for 7 mana is ridiculous. And just wait to face a C'Thun evolve Shaman to play this into evolve resulting a Tirion + a Ragnaros.
Squirming Tentacle isn't true powercreep like Evil Heckler is over Booty Bay Bodyguard, because Silverback Patriarch has Beast tag.
e.g. Silverback into Mark of Y'Shaarj = 5 mana Fen Creeper + 0 mana draw
You did an insane amount of work for that list. Thanks bro!
Nice list. would rate. Conclusive evidence that Warlock has failed and Shaman is the winner of WoG.
