I mean... it's a busted card, but Warlock is so ungodly OP right now I'm not sure it'll win a slot in the netdecks. I mean, it nearly auto-wins against aggro, but so does Defile and turn 6 Voidlord...
I never was a fan of the "put a secret from your deck into the battlefield" mechanic. It makes you feel forced to cram secrets into your decks, and then when you actually draw the secrets your chance to win drops.
Here's a compilation of possibilities to help you evaluate this card. Ratings are based on the situation where you're in a control mirror and you're looking for threats (since that's the context where I see this card being most likely to be good).
Very bad (Cards that will make you regret putting Toki in your deck)
I like this card because there's actually a lot of room for counterplay. Compare to secrets like Freezing Trap, Explosive Runes, or Explosive Trap, where playing around the secret often does much more harm to your game than playing into it and hoping for the best. It's not necessarily game-crippling to not play 3 cards in a turn, but you have to think about what that means for your strategy. Furthermore, this secret kind of self-regulates due to its highly play-aroundable nature: If there's a lot of it in the meta, it grows weaker because everyone plays around it, but it there's not, it grows stronger because everyone doesn't.
You either need to activate an effect that draws on the same turn or have it survive a turn, or else its upside is worthless
Even if you get the effect to activate, you're giving your opponent a lot of information about what's in your hand
Barnes was annoying, limited design space, and generally created highroll decks more than anything else. This is even more high-variance than Barnes because any given draw may or may not be a minion, so I'm not sure I even want this card to work
2 mana 2/2 weapons are very good, guys. Think back to Glaivezooka - that 2 mana 2/2 weapon only had the most minor of upsides yet it alone went a long way towards putting Hunter on the map.
I daresay this card has a chance - not a huge chance, but a chance nonetheless - of making Warrior viable again.

Sleeper card. 3 mana 3/4 statline is fine for an aggro deck, and as an aggro deck you are better prepared to make use of a 2 drop than your opponent.

Rest assured, I just tested it again. Shadowflame does not deal poisonous damage when used on a poisonous minon.

Fire Plume's Heart only works with played minions, not summoned ones, if that was what you had in mind
