Clarifications
- Sneed's Old Shredder can only summon non-token legendaries. (Source)
- You could summon Kel'Thuzad or The Beast.
- You cannot summon Finkle Einhorn, V-07-TR-0N, or Mr. Bigglesworth.
Deathrattle: Summon a random Legendary minion.
When Sneed was defeated in the Deadmines, his shredder was sold at auction to an anonymous buyer. (Probably Hogger.)

hated to disenchant, Play 2 sound is like some typical WoW sounds of war and its nice!
The older brother of the Goblin Machine Family =)
Honestly, one of the coolest cards I've crafted in gold. Great in Shaman.
First hand, this card shines when the meta relies primarily on silences, direct damage, or destruction removal. The fact that it is 7 health instead of 5 is relevant and avoids most clears and I put that for a premium. The deathrattle high rolls a few win conditions, hadronox, reno jackson, literally any death rattle, aviana, professor paletress, and kel. With the new legendaries and spirit echos, you can generally take advantage of anything.
Sneed eats so many high quality removals that they generally don't have a good answer to what is inside.
This card is relatively weak compared to rag versus a similar midrange deck.
It is slow and you can end up dying because you had to deal with the board first.
Great beat down card, requires a lot of support in terms of clears and heal, but there is nothing in this game that fills it's role.
Shifter Zerus
Lmao!
this card is REALLY good
I hate to say this but I have finally given up on this card, It is just bad.
I tried everything to make it work, It has the worst stats ever and The effect isn't even that good.
I got it when I started playing right before the release of TGT and tried it in every deck you can imagine, N'Zoth Paladin, Control Mage, Barnes Decks and even Control Shaman and Deathrattle Hunter, Simply put, This card is only good against Warrior.
A Priest will Entomb it, Aggro and Midrange will just ignore it. An 8 mana 5/7 most of the time since you can't even kill it off. You have to be so far ahead to play it and even then a Ragnaros would be better 90% of the time. The only time it can be considered good is getting it from a Barnes or playing it against a very slow Control Warrior where it can potentially soak up to 2 removals and get resurrected by N'Zoth.
So now that WotOG adds 5 10-cost legendaries, sneeds rotates out of standard... Although I bet it will be REALLY fun on Wild!
Just unpacked a golden one (second golden legendary in four packs!!)
Now I just need to build a deck around it.
Sneeds VS Confessor Paletress. Thoughts?
Confessor gets immediate value most of the time.
I like them both, Sneeds is neutral so I can always use it,
but confessor is priest only but has a chance at getting more legends
I need a golden of both XD
Golden Sneed's is the best!
I really really want this card. Hope to get it soon out of pack.
I don't consider it dusting material. Do you agree?
In a control mech deck, this is amazing. Sadly, such a deck has yet to come about yet.
Sneed's doesnt need to be in a mech deck. Deathrattle or KelThuzad decks will work too.
Very true. This is also good in such a deck with Baron Rivendare, Sludge Belcher and a few Piloted Shredder for good measure. I meant outside of a crazy combo deck like that. :) Besides, even a deck like that is not very good in the current speedy aggro meta where you can be dead by turn five. :) Would be fun to see crazy cards like this be good in standard. Sadly, Sneeds, will not be in it. :(
Yes, I can definitely agree with you about that! Current meta makes it very hard to play control with sneeds. (btw, I didn't mean for my comment to be aggressive or anything like that, I was just trying to point something out) Looks like with the recent nerfs and generally higher mana cost cards in the standard set, the meta might shift upward!
i just got a sneeds for the sneeds that summoned another sneeds and then summoned tirion. why is this not used all the time omfg
