Posted Dec 12, 2013 (Beta Patch 4217)Anyone who bought the Virtual Ticket but still doesn't have Hearthstone will get the card once they do get into Hearthstone. Obviously that doesn't help you, though.
You're not going to be able to get one from anyone who bought the Virtual Ticket because they were automatically added to the Battle.net account that bought the ticket, but people who actually attended Blizzcon were given a card with a code on it. If you're really desperate for the golden version, you can try looking for "Blizzcon 2013 Virtual Gifts" on eBay. It's going to cost you a lot more than the Virtual Ticket would have.
