Since it says "Your minions with windfury" and not "Your windfury minions", it should work with, well, Windfury. The hard part now is to cheat out this or a minion with charge... if it does work this way at least.
What should work with a little RNG is Eureka! + Electra Stormsurge + Al'Akir the Windlord (or Walking Fountain). Even if you don't get 1 of each, 2 Al'Akirs is still very good; and 2 of these might get 1 of them to stick the board. -

...How exactly was Druid of the Claw changed? This version looks exactly the same as the one we have. Unless the tokens aren't labelled as Beasts in the Tavern Brawl?
