The card also has it's synergies with a possible coming "Big Spell Mage". It's good in big priest like kindapowerful stated. I think the card is powerful enough that players can refine their decks around it. Many classes hold enough spells that only target the enemy or add cards to your hand for this card to work surprisingly well. However this card is also certainly not for a simple control deck as it will remove a lot of cards from one's deck.
Battlecry: Your opponent takes two turns. Then you take two turns.
Brann makes battle cries trigger twice. So I bet this effect going twice just overrides the previous. Alternatively this may cause: opponents two turns, your two turns, two more turns for you opponent, two more turns for you.

Neutral
6-mana
3-attack / 4-health
Disguised Toast, Bug Experimenter

This card could turn "Discard Warlock" into "I have nothing in my hand so I can discard without downside. (and have infinite imps) Warlock"

I think in the current state of the game this deathrattle is way too dangerous.
Druids have been known to run Gadgetzan Auctioneer and Arcane Giant.
Hunters have Deathstalker Rexxar.
Mages have Open the Waygate and Archmage Antonidas.
Paladins have Uther of the Ebon Blade with Auctionmaster Beardo.
Priests have Lyra the Sunshard.
Rogues have Edwin VanCleef and also run Gadgetzan Auctioneer.
Shamans already have Overload.
Warlocks typically are slow players, this will allow them to not simply spend a turn using Siphon Soul.
And all the classes would be able to get to their powerful 10 drops sooner.

Are there any minions you would want to give you your opponent? Particularly though costing less than 3 mana.
Ferral Gibberer?
Token cards like Flame Elemental, Silver Hand Recruit and Shaman's Totems?
Totemic Call

I think the basic Idea here is good, but I think the previous shell of Secret Hunter is a perfect early game for a deck like this.
Houndmaster may be weak in this line of decks because you don't have any 1-3 mana beasts to effectively use Kathrena Winterwisp.

I don't think so
