Why is this shit 1 mana cost?

So, like it's been said, this card is good in jade or in a deck that plays high base attack minions.

What do you think of it in egg/token druid, though? Not on any of your base minions ofc, but maybe just after a couple Savage Roar / Mark of Y'Shaarj?

Alot of this cards value comes from its interaction with Gadgetzan Auctioneer. Dont need the armor in aggro varients of druid, and u run out of cards extremely  in those . if you topdeck Earthen Scales when you need to develop you just lose the game straight .

Gaining an average of 10-ish armor for 1 mana TWICE while having access to jade AND feral rage. That's fucking fair.

This card is insane as jade vs freeze mages.

Wasn't sure about this card but after playing with it in Jade Druid, wow.  Good for trading early game and hitting a late game minion with this can flip a losing game easily for just 1 mana.  

Oh god.... this should have been a warlock spell, handlock would be tier 0 with this.

I actually thought about putting 1 or 2 moltens in ramp or jade druid LOL. Ramp/cycle early game and then play moltens/taunt/heal. Not sure if it would work, nobody would certainly expect them, but I dusted both copies when they were nerfed so I can't try it out.

I would LOVE to see this played on The Ancient One just for giggles.

Cast Jade Idol that summons a 10/10 for 1 and cast Earthen Scales : +1/+1 (as if they needed it) and +10 armor... great way of saying f*ck you.
