How is that related to my comment?
Have you recived the drops?
Yup
I didn't yet...
He's 3/5 compared to other Worlds players.
How did Japan rose from being absolute nonamers in HS to 2 World championships in a row?
I mean a guild of players from basically only Finland (population about 5,5 million) used to rule the competite WoW raiding scene, when WoW had more than 12,5 million active players world wide. That didn;t make much sense either when you looked at all the factors in play.
I think what is comparable in both situations is that it was a small community that was friendly and very competitive towards eachother, put in a situation where they played in many high pressure situation in a short time and learned to thrive in that environment.
I think we also can;t underestimate how much confidence they gained when Glory won last year. That showed them that, if Glory can do it, then they, who practiced with him and beat him their fair share, should also be able to win.
Because the niveau was not very high this time. So many misplays this worlds, i couldn't believe it. Posesi won, because he was the luckiest of them all. The amount of topdecks he had, especially in the mirrors, was insane.
Since ya'll questioning Azn players, I wonder where ya'll have been before 2014 ? HS your first Blizzard game or what ? cute.
Go to Team Liquid site and watch how Flash, JaeDong (in SC) and Spirit_Moon (WC3) teared apart two decades of Blizzard games.
Those were actual skill based hand-eye-coordination intense eSports titles as well, not a lucky-shot show like HS, that is decided vastly through RNG (drawing) luck factor.
Pff... chobos.
You have to love those ratings for Gaby. Easily the most overrated player EVER in Hearthstone. He dominated the weakest meta in the game during GM's and that makes him some kind of prodigy.
The best part of Worlds was knowing we are getting nerfs after it ended. What a joke
Well I was right about one thing I said, and that was if someone won the title with Pirate Warrior, I was going to play the worst class for the rest of the month. It didn't happen.
When I was 16 years old, the time I was playing CS 1.6 tournaments in a lan partys or cybercafe or similars, if you ever acted like Gaby in front of others, mocking, taunting etc you would probably take a beating, and a really bad one. Being 16 is not an excuse.
Japan HS Master Race, glad they are whooping Foreigners in similar fashion like Koreans used to do in Blizzard RTS games, their work ethics and calm of mind never fails to amaze.
Gaby with his Eminem hand gestures was beyond cringe, but he does deserve a Top 4 finish regardless, certainly best Non-Asia player weither you like him or not, hes still a kid tho.
all the games today were extremely close. Congratz Posesi !
I'm so happy that Gaby lost
ME TOO, omg that snob frenchie with his stupid "jam" and trying to make it sound hes cool , get rekt
gabby such an annoying, bad mannered person.
if there was a a live event, he would have not been invited or banned for mocking his opponent.
imagine him being on an actual stage with his odd moves. such a child.
he is a child , he is 16 hence why he doesnt understand manners, blame the parents! But yes thank god he lost
Oh god, for anyone watching right now, the expression on Frenetics face, when Xiaobai double Mutanus'd him and gobbled up both his Lady Anacondra AND his Loklathar was absolutely PRICELESS.
That totally made my evening. He was SO disgusted. xD
Wow! McBanterFace had the balls to include a need for greed into the list!!! The guy must be seen like a revolutionary weirdo!!!!
Power to creativity!!!
This tournament is gonna be so thrilling and entertaining!!!
