Frost Nova is a 3 Mana Mage Spell... This minion has literally 3 Mana Spell in its text plus it also has 6+/6+ stats for its remaining 3 Mana... How is this card not getting nerfed?

Very nice against aggro, as basically a Frost Nova on a stick. It hits your other creatures, but most freeze archetypes focus on taunts rather than aggressive creatures, so this isn't really much of a downside (just attack with everything before you play this on your turn, and you don't lose the attack, either)..

If you do that, they're stuck for the next turn.

Why would you think it would lose the attack? I assume it's part of the battlecry and it would stay. 

It says other minions. It doesn't freeze itself, but it can freeze your other minions too for more +1/+1 action. 

Frozen Minions lose their next attack. If they had attacked this turn, they are still frozen next turn.
