This card feels like it was added just for flavor reasons, since Tamsin turned into a Lich with her Hero card so she needs her  phylactery as well. Maybe in the future there will be some crazy deathrattle synergy, but as is this won't really get played.

Pretty sure this is pointless.
Maybe people can meme with it with Elwynn Boar.

 I'm not among those people; seemed pretty clear it summons those minions, not itself, but yeah, Blizzard's wording is wonky.

Very true. I know thats not the case, was just saying how they could make things clearer on a lot of the new cards. The choose weird wording a lot, that can lead to misunderstanding.
