Glacier Racer could see play with this and the new legendary.

Posted Mar 18, 2021 (Vol'jin Patch)Unless miracle Mage is a new thing, I don't really see the point in this card. I presume it upgrades 0/1/2 target minions which are randomly frozen. If it could freeze face, this would be really handy, shutting down a weapon, really nice.
It's really situational because it's dependent on how you opponents plays minions to be useful. It will be cool to have it created by at the right stage but nothing great.
