I love this card art! Reminds me of my days leveling my warrior in zangarmarsh back in tbc :')

Does it give you the excess mana draw a card like wild growth if you play it on 10 mana? Or would it even give you 2 cards for 2 excess mana crystals?

It should give you 1 excess mana card as that bonus is not proportional to the amount of crystals you would gain. Pilfered Power would only give you one excess mana regardless of how many minions you had.

Much better than normal wild growth... unless you don't draw it before turn 8. Assuming it gives the regular excess mana card, and not something else/nothing.

when played on curve this is the equivalent to playing an unnerfed Wild Growth by turn 5, the Druids early ramp is just slightly slower.

It's just two Wild Growths, but it costs (1) more than the normal one.
