Posted Mar 23, 2020 (Kael'thas Patch)The fact that this doesn't require them to be in your hand or deck specifically is a huge upside and may allow a libram deck (or a deck with a smaller libram package) to see competitive play. Cards like Frizz Kindleroost are great, but it was always frustrating when a desired card wasn't in the zone that it needed to be to get hit.
