He is the Hearthstone version of that little annoying bastard Prodigal Sorcerer AKA "Tim" or "Timmy" from MTG. Reminds me of one of my favorite MTG Type 1 Control decks with Disk, Mahamoti djinn, Control Magic and many others badass cards. Still Just as annoying and as much of a PITA now in hearthstone.

A prime example of terrible, non-interactive design.

If a player can deal 10, 20 or 30 dmg from hand without a way to counter it, your card is broken.

Warrior's got some nice 1-and 2-drop spells.

This is just pay an extra mana to ad 1 targetable point of famage to any spell

Actually could fit in a libram deck. Theres a few different ways to copy Librams You'd have to have another minion on board. 

Can confirm Books and Pens are a perfect fit for the Librams. Just juggling Libram of Wisdom through trades and Pen Flinger is enough to swing an entire board with smaller minions. And Paladins always have minions to buff.

Brann Bronzebeard Umbral Skulker

You can otk with this if you have a shadowstep for umbral skulker. 12 coins, shadowstep to activate spellburst, plus the initial damage is 28 damage already with just 4 cards and 9 mana. It’s not technically and otk, but you can find 2 damage elsewhere pretty easily. Like a second pen flinger. 10 mana 30 damage
