Hey, it's hearthstone, you can play whatever you want. But honestly, I think those 3 decks would be voted the "least fun" to play against. I'm glad you enjoy them, however!
Standard
Jade Druid - I've been playing and loving jade druid since it was a tier 3 peice of crap getting beat on by pirate shamans in early MSG. It saddens me that just about anyone can play it now. It's a high skill cap deck but due to the broken cards available, missplays and bad lines are almost never punished. On the bright side, the fact that it became busted this expansion means I can get away with playing meme cards like Hadronox and N'zoth in it
Memeidictus Priest - Almost reminds me of 2015 priest, my main back then. Also memes
Value-Oriented Miracle Rogue - Featuring Elise and DK for those extra packs
Wild
Burst-Oriented Razakus Priest - Featuring Nexxus champ, Lyra and recruiter to fuel the extra pings
Patron Druid - The least obvious hard counter to jade and plague druid
Naga/Giants Druid - Exploits a recent, undocumented patch change to naga sea witch. Typical turn 5 consists of naga, followed by several 0 mana gaints
"High skillcap deck"??? Bruh my gf is playing HS from 2 weeks and i just put to the test a jade druid deck by letting her to play it from rank 15 and she FUCKING reached rank 2 in 3 days without even knowing all the cards... Are you serios? A noobie player boosted my account from 15 to 2 in 3 days, that's not normal.... It took me 10 days to reach legend with prieat last season, and a person who don't even know the cards was able to reach rank 2 in 3 days, if she reach legend tommorow, i'WILL rope all fucking jade druids, bcs that deck is broken...
3) egg's and meatwagon deck (very proud of this fun and cheap deck):
it is actually in my signature ....... LOOOOLLL
I wish all these decks were viable, but so far they bring me to rank 15 or so and I cannot get past it (only with the Krul deck I could climb some higher). I especially want other to realize how fun Backfire Druid can be, but Druid is very much hated no unfortunately.
I also want to see a real good DK hunter deck that works, so far I have not found one (at least not a fun one).

Looks like reading is a high skill cap task for you
It's a high skill cap deck but due to the broken cards available, missplays and bad lines are almost never punished.
Yeah, it's easy to do well with jade druid without knowing shit these days. I see n00bs shuffling jade idol and nourishing for cards vs murloc paladin at rank 3. If someone did this at HCT, they'd get laughed at for the rest of their career. It's obviously not the right play but are they punished for it? Nope. Because OP cards make it so you can make all the wrong plays and still reach legend.
It fucking hurts me that these kinds of people are playing the deck and making the rest of us look bad. It is the same difficult deck to play back when it was tier 3. I'm the only one I know of who reached legend with it in that meta. The difference between the deck now and then is that making the wrong plays doesn't dumpster your winrate anymore. That's called raising the "skill floor". "Skill cap" refers to how difficult it is to make the absolute best decisions... and no one can even do that at rank 3
3) Pirate Warrior. Since the meta probably contains the highest number of unbearable decks to play against that it's ever had (Priest, Jade Druid, Quest Mage), making the above decks nearly unplayable, I've basically given up on having fun and just hit people in the face.
I'm an edgy theorycrafter, do I generally play weird-ass decks.
1. Malygos Prince druid. Pretty good with another spell that can go face (ultimate infestation) and yes, I did actually make the 3-cost Prince (kinda) work. Malygos innervate prince moonfire moonfire is 22 damage, and with the draw capacity of UI it's actually plausible.
2. Shatter Secret Mage. Turns out freeze isn't that bad with a tempo deck, and while I'm not yet sure if it's better than the standard secret mage, it's a lot of fun.
3. Quest Mill Rogue. Maybe not quite as competitive as jade druid or pirate warrior, but it's hands down the hardest and most fun deck that I've ever played. Mill Rogue was already super hard, before adding the hardest deathknight to the list.
Granted, I hovered around rank 10 last season, but the fun I had was well worth the lower rank.
I hate the meta right now (jade druid, evolve shaman, lyra/raza priest, quest mage, pirate warrior). All these decks are bulletproof when the right cards are drawn, which makes the game boring and predictable. Ive always favored playing with custom decks.
1) Elemental rogue (the only deck I've tried that I enjoy playing in standard at the moment and is *somewhat* competitive) 2) Wild N'zoth Druid (w/ Hadronox and Moat Lurker) has been a lot of fun trying to perfect 3) Wild N'zoth Hunter (w/ Deathstalker Rexxar) has been fun working with. I still havent put together a deck I am completely in love with, but drawing the game out with the zombeast's and trying to go for a late round punch with hunter has been a fun and new dynamic in hearthstone (at least to me)
1) Wild Big Priest - so much fun cheating Y'Shaarj/Rags/Ysera in on turn 3/4. :D
2) Wild Evolve Shaman - lots of fun, and every game is different in ways due to RNG. (plus Wild is so much more fun than Standard)
3) Homebrew decks with Paladin and Mage DKs - I like the DKs, but don't have the cards to craft super strong versions for Standard or Wild. So I've been playing around with cards to see what is decent.
Deck I'd like to play:
DK Demon Control Warlock - looks like a ton of fun, especially in wild. The deck tend to outlast my Big Priest too, at least 50% of the time. I've been considering crafting Gul'dan just to play this. I am missing a lot of the needed demons though. :(
1.Razakus priest : the potential of having multiple answers to your opponent with the ability of discover mechanics and card generation values are amazing. every game is different and the deck's unpredictability and miracle play potential make the deck amazing to play with.
2.Midrange taunt druid (no jades): I have been experimenting with the deck lately to come up with ideas of non jade based decks against a possible upcoming jade nerf. It's been a lot fun than the jade oriented ones for sure. Also since you don't rely on your shuffle for later stages (you know almost every other control deck has the geist these days) and rely more on board dominance, the games are a bit more like old combo midrange druids.
3.Dead Man's Hand fatigue warrior: This deck has some potential since the dk cards need some greedy late game based decks and make the meta a bit slower. The deck relies on excellent precise decision making a lot more than any other mill type or control deck which makes the play more fun this way. I surely have the best hearthstone experience with this deck so far.
The decks that I want to play and think they are going to be fun too;
1.Dragon control warrior: Maybe i will mix some n'zoth package in to try out bone drakes to make them as the core idea.
2.Quest Taunt/Dead Man's/C'thun Warrior: the idea of dead man your c'tun and some taunts at the late sound so greedy and fun.
3.Dk midrange hunter: I will definitely give this deck a shot since it might eliminate the mid-late game weak card draw mechanics of the class with the dk addition and keep up with the greedy control decks and outmaneuver the midrange matchups if you can hold against aggro which is quite possible with the old school midrange package. All in all, definitely i see potential here in this deck.
1) Hunter deck: "Yogg, load, and two stitched beasts" (Yeah, I love giving my decks stupid names)- You slow down your opponent with all sorts of traps + Eaglehorn Bow (half of the deck are secrets), then you suddenly drop Cloaked Huntress + Lock and Load + 5 traps. Then you follow it with DK hunter, start pushing out zombeasts, at some point Yogg comes out... Or maybe you just play Secretkeeper on turn 1 and snowball from here. It's not a consistent deck, you're never sure what exactly is going to happen next, but it is always fun. Especially when your opponent loses track of the secrets played and starts making big mistakes, like playing Frothing Berserker into my Snipe
2) Rogue deck: "jade, jury and executioner" - you play lots of jades and you play lots of stuff to get more jades outside of your deck, most of which comboes with each other. Also lots of cards have battlecries and battlecry synergies - Gang Up, Brann Bronzebeard, Mimic Pod, Lotus Agents and so on. You can use Antique Healbot with brann, gang up, Shadowcaster, Shadowstep to heal yourself. And finally, the cherry on top of the pie - Valeera the Hollow is the only card in the deck that cost more than 5, so you can always replicate any card with your hero power. Again, not a consistent deck, but tons of fun. Also this deck was a sleeper for me - I did not plan for it before the expansion.
3) Highlander demonlock. Although it does run Reno-Kazakus-Krul package I would not called it renolock, because renolocks dont usually include cards like Demonheart, Kabal Trafficker, Bane of Doom, Felguard. Played it since Gatgetzan, it was always fun to get a board full of demons, buffed by Mal'Ganis, when just a turn ago you had nothing - thanks to Krul the Unshackled. Now, with addition of Bloodreaver Gul'dan you can resurrect this board if things go south.
Honorary mention: Pruest deck called "face IS the place". I don't like face decks, but I've always wanted a face (or zoo) priest deck, because noone ever expects it from a priest. This expansion's Shadow Ascendant was a wonderfull addition, also Happy Ghoul gives your useless (for your game plan) hero power some justification. The deck is still not there yet, you really lack card draw, PW:S and clerics are not enough (and clerics are not even that good). Still experimenting with Loot Hoarder, Cult Master, Genzo, the Shark, Jeeves, some of those cards I never ever use, gives them some justification for being in my collection.
1.n'zoth quest prest, This deck is real fun in combo with some insane turns and nearly every time I pop quest you can tell the my opponent wasn't expecting it
2.kings-bane rouge, oh god this deck I find it to slow to actually work without dk but it's still one of the most fun I have had with rouge haveing a lot of games go into fatigue because my oponent can't out value a 9/infinite poisonous, life-steal weapon that I can negate fatigue with is fun until I die turn 5 :(
3. Any C'thun deck (mainly priest), C'thun is a real fun deck to play as seeing your C'thun go up in stats every turn and watching your opponent try to quickly kill it until you can bring out your 24/24 C'thun (with taunt) is also fun with a surprising amount of mirrors out and about :/

In no particular order, all Wild;
Plague Druid for me, most fun I've ever had in HS.
