I hoped for something new for shamans...but not murlocs...i hate murlocs. Its just this type of no-brainer deck that can go from 0 to 100 real quick.
Im also sceptical about warrior...will this class ever see gameplay with one of the themes they planed for them? As far as i can see, there are new cards that work with big mionios, which never really worked. And about the bombs? Who knows, it seems like you shuffle and combo stuff while some aggro deck just rapes you at turn 8 not giving a damn about a deck full of bombs.
Still lookng forward for new decks and meta.
Shaman had a pretty interesting start but i was really disappointed when i saw the murloc shaman cards.
Recurring Villan > Undatakah ?
Not exactly. When it dies, it'll summon an unbuffed copy, so a better comparison would be to Zerek, Master Cloner
I think he was using the '>' as an arrow. Suggesting Da Undatakah with Recurring Villain would keep summoning itself
That wouldn't work since Undertakah's Battlecry is to gain the deahtrattles, therefore if you resummon it it will be resummoned without the deathrattles and it wouldn't be resummoned when it dies again.
Everyone complaining about "too few dragons", when in reality Kalecgos should've been the only one in the whole year. It's Year of the Dragon, not the Year of the Dragons.
Year of the Dragon->No neutral dragons?!?!?
I'm still waiting for my Krakens too...
Because the current story is not about the dragons but the villains. I am pretty sure there will be plenty of dragons in one of the expansions this year (especially the one colored golden).
The set in numbers :
135 new cards :
41 Battlecry
12 Deathrattle
8 Twinspells
10 Taunt
5 Rush
1 Secret
3 Weapon
5 Schemes
6 Lackeys generator
7 Mechs
7 Elementals
6 Bests
6 Demons
4 Murlocs
3 Dragons
1 Pirate
Oh boy, I cannot wait for the upcoming new fresh standard meta!
I'm hyped!!
Sweeping strikes could be the warrior sleeper.
can't wait to burst into arena
Faceless Rager is too OP imo, basically the next Corridor Creeper. Imagine this: on turn 7 you play Unpowered Steambot and this card. Now you got 5/18 worth of stats on the board with taunt for 7 mana.
9 of those stats don't have any attack and Faceless Rager is incredibly weak to silence and removal. It's gonna be fine if it becomes a thing it can be teched around.
Silence is never used, even if people speak about it every expansion on hearthpwn.
What are you talking about? Spellbreaker was in quite a few decks this past year. Ironbeak Owl was even run in odd decks even though it's terrible just to have a silence.
If you spend your silence on my 3-mana card, that's a win in my book. I'll just Inner Fire my Mosh Ogg Enforcer the turn after.
corridor creeper was used in every deck to great effect. this will never reach corridor creeper power level or popularity, could be used in priest combo decks to great effect and thats about it... every other instance its gonna be fairly powerful but not creeper powerful. at least its the first rager to be actually playable.
