Anti-rez tech card. Good to have if Rez priest gets some steam in standard. Also counters combo priest in wild if you can kill them before Psychic Scream.
Wonder how this works with Knife Juggler. It definitely has potential with Impferno and Knife Juggler, but I think its too situational and slow for aggressive deck.
Jokes asides seems too much to invest into a board of 2/1's and a 5/4 it's 9 mana 2 card combo and this card is kinda bad standalone.. I vote bad, I think you would rather play rafaams scheme or the 4 imp card rather than this.. and it doesn't have much place outside of warlock.
This guy enables gonk being neutral... Floop and florist are still in.
Gonk was technically already enabled through Leeroy Jenkins
getting a discount on either gonk you'd still have enough mana for at least one Claw + double Pounce (possibly more with Innervate or another Florist proc) which allows you to get potentially up to 30 damage (8 atk damage + Leeroy)
This might make it easier because don't need as many attack buffs but it'S very reliant on not only discounting...basically exactly Gonk or two other combo pieces and would require your opponent to have a mainly empty board (or at least filled with minions you can kill without dying) to enable, at its simplest, 32-damage, potentially more by adding Claws.
Maybe there's some cheesy way to make it work with Jepetto, but I'm skeptical given that we've seen all the Druid cards and none of them really look to support a stalling combo deck.
Can anyone think of a spell that will clear your board of imps but not theirs? Obviously taking 7 damage a turn is bad but having a board full of 1/1s they can't get rid of in order to set up a better board or even a combo is kinda funny.

Big priest tech in wild and good support for warlock and token druid, seems good
Garbage
I bet this is a bit better than it appears.
For example, if you're Druid and you can combo this with PotW or Soul of the Forest, you're winning all the trades.
Obvious impferno synergy and jumbo imp synergy
So 28 worth of stats for 6 Mana on empty board. Will definitly see play if Zoolock with Impferno sees play.
My fanmade expansion! (Click on pack to open packs with my cards)
Impferno.
F*cking hell, this is also a tech against Big Priest. And as Watermelon86 said, it counters Bloodreaver Gul'dan as well.
In Wild, maybe you play this on 7 with Evolve? Or maybe you play this as a super hard counter to Res Priest?
In Standard I'm not sure where this fits.

Curse of Weakness synergy ! Can potentially lock your opponent's board for one turn.

This+ Witches Cauldron+ Whirlwind = 5 random shaman spells + some board...its 10 mana propably not worth it but fun combo.
play this, then Whirlwind.. oh wait

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
Pretty Bad counter though. People have already tried using cards like Gravelsnout Knight or Marsh Drake to tech against big priest and it just doesn't work. Eternal Servitude and Lesser Diamond Spellstone are practically unaffected, so really all it does is fuck with their 2 copies of Resurrect.
It could mess with Bloodreaver Gul'dan boards a lot though.
"Let me change your mind..."
I think token warlock will be a big thing, and this is a neutral counter to a lot of barnes priest. Nothing but awesome.
This is a tech card against rez priest, cant say anything other than that.
