First off, Odd Warrior isn't actually going to be a thing, unless we see an OP reveal. Genn Graymane is much better than Baku; both give your hero power the same Mana efficiency, and Genn's stats are much better.
Second, this card is VERY good in Even Warrior. Basically, Rotface becomes an Antonidas now; if you can't kill it the turn after they play it, you lose.
It is a very strong card, great synergy with Acolyte of Pain, but it isn't a win condition, and warrior needs a reliable win condition other than "not dying" if it wants to see any real play.
Well, warrior got a full expansion ahead it SHOULD get good stuff.. warrior has been almost unrepresented in the year of the mammoth (only pirate warrior was widely played)

Um, actually ... "not dying" is exactly how Control/Fatigue Warrior wins.

Not to mentioned that ''Not dying'' has been, as far as recorded, the key to 100% of HS victories - or that at least you did not died first ..! ^^
I was wondering, maybe you use Warpath to control the board / activate your combos in the early-mid game and save your Whirlwind for King Mosh, what do you guys think? I really like this card but I have never seen anyone using it besides arena. PS: I dont really play with Control Warrior.
Terrible card. Currently the card is just waaaay to expensive to see play, to deal 3 damage to everything on the board you need to pay 6 mana. Think about how much that is - For that amount of Mana you could play a Brawl and still have 1 mana leftover or play Carine - There are just so many AOE effects that are way more efficient than this: Take a look at Defile or Dragonfire Pot for example.
The only way this is going to see play is if there is some way to reduce the cost of Echo cards for a turn or you can make a crazy new combo with some of the new card.

king mosh isn't run in most control warrior lists. the two main variants are fatigue w/ dead man's hand/coldlights, or n'zoth, with direhorn/mountainfire, which also can run dmh and maybe coldlights.
i don't think this would be run alongside whirlwind, but rather as a more flexible replacement for it.
This card is reminding me a lot of Revenge. It can be a pretty good card at times, but rather situational the rest of the time. At first cast, it's just an Arcane Explosion to everything, which isn't the best. 4 mana it's a Consecration to everything, 6 mana it's just a over costed Hellfire, and at 8 and 10, it's essentially just Flamestrike or a typicalDragon Fury, All of these cards share the same trait of being okay, but not great, so this card is mainly only going to be used against aggro match ups, where several whirlwinds are needed, but I feel like Whirlwind and Blood Razor get the job done where this card isn't needed.
If a weenie deck becomes popular, this card is going to see lots of play, otherwise it's just playable to meh.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.
The card may be expensive when you're wanting to do 3 or more damage to an enemy board, but I think people are overlooking how that isn't always an issue in a lot of control oriented warrior builds. Often time control warrior is left ending their turn with plenty of excess mana, and if you are in need of doing nothing more than remove an opponent's board on a given turn then who cares if you spend 6, 8, or sometimes even 10 damage doing a lot of damage to their minions if you have nothing else pressing to do that turn?

^ ^ ^ this exactly. at first i thought warpath looked way under the power curve, but i think the flexibility makes it a lot more valuable than a whirlwind. sometimes you need an activator, sometimes you need aoe, this can do both. mana isn't a huge concern for control warrior, lots of turns are hero power/pass or clear/pass.
that said, i think the more exciting/promising control warrior build is with TANK UP.
Not saying it's a good card, but any deck that would've run whirlwind will now 100% play this instead. No reason not too. Also, I do think people are slightly underestimating it as dealing 5 damage to all minions with one card is pretty powerful...even if it costs 10 mana.
Nope. Whirlwind will be in most decks before this. The cost difference is huge. Although you might consider one and one.
The biggest issue with this card is that you need something that sticks on the board and benefit from its echo effect. You won’t want to play it the same turn as as the target because you want to use it several times.
It’s versatility as a board clear helps it but you still want whirlwind
This car is good as many ppl notice. But boardclear is not an issue with warrior right now. Team5 may print defie twisting neither for warrior but if CW still doesnt have a win condiion then the deck will not see play
This is a really solid control card against wide boards with small divine shield minions (basically, Dude-adin) and murlocs...but don't compare it to Defile because that will just depress you.
People are to0 closed in their boxes! WTF is wrong with this salt guys about this card? I mean, of course is a Meta Defining, it's Defile's Brother from another country. It's too op and solves lots of Divine Shields low health minions problems at same time can Trigger Rotface in a better way too. Lots of stuf with this one, even if u want to clean lots of x/5 Minions Like The Scarabs from PLague druid still op.

I see potential out of this card. Decent arena card and possibly constructed for a warrior that needs better board clears.
2 mana/1 use/1 dmg = Arcane Explosion
4 mana/2 use/2 dmg = Volcanic Potion + 1 mana
6 mana/3 use/3 dmg = Excavated Evil + 1 mana
8 mana/4 use/4 dmg = Dragonfire Potion + 2 mana/-1 dmg/no dragon null
10 mana/5 use/5 dmg = Dragonfire Potion + 4 mana/no dragon null
nice combo potential with frothing berserker too

Priest used to not have any win condition, until Razakus and Dragon Priest were born.
They will make Warrior happen, become Tier-1 OP, and then people complain, nerf, and the cycle continues.

maybe should have made this characters instead of minions?
Could be a 1 of but you might be right.
