1. There will be calls for a Deathstalker Rexxar nerf as it starts to win games by itself. The amount of good in pool 2, which is being thinned by the removal of Carrion Grub and Duskboar, is incredible. As for pool 1, losing Dispatch Kodo (Generally good), Alleycat, Kindly Grandmother, Rat Pack(meh) and Princess Huhuran, Pantry Spider, Infested Wolf, Weasel Tunneler (Awful) in exchange for Lifedrinker, Cave Hydra, Plated Beetle, Witchwood Grizzly (Generally good) Shimmering Coarser (Meh) and Scaleworm (Awful) sounds good to me.
2. Standard will be primarily Doomguard burst Cubelocks, Control locks, Dragon Priests, Aggro Paladin and Elemental Mage.
3. Shudderwock will dominate Wild, using Antique Healbot, N'zoth, Jades, C'thun, and god knows what else. Warlock will struggle in wild between this, Dragon Priest and a slow, Witching Hour/Hadronox/N'zoth deck. Wild and standard will start to have significantly different decks.
4. Dark Pact will be nerfed. Call to Arms will not be.
5. Naga Sea Witch will be reverted back to it's previous iteration.
2. Even shaman will be the best midrange deck. The totems might be week but pumping 1 our every turn is hard to deal with. And Totem muncher (with 1 cost totems on curve) and the eel are very good. It also has hex.
3. Minion heavy Mage will be very, very good. So much value and card draw.
4. Best “Worgen” card will be the swift messenger.
shudderwock tier 1, shaman has a real wincon now, and can counter warlock. deck's obviously broken cube and/or control warlock will be t1 but not broken, none of the new cards add much, despite all the hooplah tempo rush warrior and hand druid will be better than expected, maybe t2 some minion mage deck wlll be strong - maybe tempo or spiteful priest will kinda suck - lady in white is bad, chameleos is cool but control priest has no wincon baku warrior will be the best genn/baku deck paladin will still be good some slower hunter deck will be solid - dunno if it will be a slower midrange or an emeriss combo deck, but there's something there
and i will definitely be playing tess rogue, even if it sucks
Tess Greymane will disappoint, because no one will be able to consistently get a decent amount of other class cards to be replayed. And it will especially suck in mirror matches.
Here's another prediction. The "when played" stat for Chameleos will be lower than most cards in priest, so the naysayers will feel like this proves them right. The card will drop in usage at low level play, but will see play in tournaments and in a tier 3 control priest deck when the meta settles.
You: „I have no money. What am I gonna do now?“ Me: „ Told you not to preorder this expansion.“ Now I‘m heading on to buy a car and meanwhile he‘ll have fun playing cardgames :|
Before I say my 'told you so' thing, I read a couple and a bunch of them are all saying cubelock will be the meta top dog/need a nerf soon. Not really a 'told you so' when like half the people are saying it too. Oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Anyway my prediction is that Blackhowl Gunspire is going to make a Control warrior list possible and Houndmaster Shaw will do the same for midrange hunter.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.
But it is true that constructive comments criticising something can get downvoted at least as much as mindless or just stupid ones. Just because both are somewhat negative.

Chameleos is gonna be so overused it makes me sad
Quest hunter (see Dire Frenzy) and quest rogue (see cards with echo) are coming for tier 2 and maybe even tier 1
Witchwood Grizzly is will be the greediest anit-aggro tool ever
Azalina Soulthief might see play (in a different dimension)
Thief rogue may come back?? (see Tess Greymane and Spectral Cutlass)
Shudderwock is gonna rek (especially in wild)

Check out my entrant for the WCDC 9.12: Bilgewater Highroller
R/P/S will be Warlock for control, Exodia Mage for Combo and a new deck for aggro. Parity Hunter/CtA Pally/Rush Warr all could fit here.
Prediction: That Hunter +3/+3 spell shuffler is going to be sick!!
yeah it's gonna be so overused
Warrior will still suck but hey we can now play early minions which is nice.
1. Cube lock will dominate.
5. Countess will be great.
1. Echo minions are extremely underrated. They will be in every tier 1 deck.
2. Cubelock will be tier 2/3 within a month.
Chameleos is going to end up being awful and seeing next to no play.
We will get a Madder Hatter next expansion :)
One way or another Shudderwock will see play. Whether it's an otk deck, control, or midrange evolve, i do not know.
Aggro decks will see a huge surge in play then die down in a couple weeks. Aggro hunter, zoolock, and aggro paladin.
Control warrior, Spiteful Priest, and Cubelock will be strong. Aggro paladin and zoo will still be around.
shudderwock tier 1, shaman has a real wincon now, and can counter warlock. deck's obviously broken
cube and/or control warlock will be t1 but not broken, none of the new cards add much, despite all the hooplah
tempo rush warrior and hand druid will be better than expected, maybe t2
some minion mage deck wlll be strong - maybe tempo or spiteful
priest will kinda suck - lady in white is bad, chameleos is cool but control priest has no wincon
baku warrior will be the best genn/baku deck
paladin will still be good
some slower hunter deck will be solid - dunno if it will be a slower midrange or an emeriss combo deck, but there's something there

I opened the list and decided to quickly go through some card. Here are some of my predictions (that I consider fairly bold):
1. Baku the Mooneater control warrior won't be good
2. Shudderwock will be stupid, but not to an extent that it will be nerfed
3. Not very bold, but considering 50%+ voted playable or better, Splintergraft will be garbage dust. Won't even see play in big druid.
4. Lady in White won't be as good as most people think
5.Chief Inspector has a good probability of actually seeing play (obviously depending on the meta)
6. Rogue will be good, but not as a new archetype
7. Houndmaster Shaw will be extremely good in midrange hunter
8. None of the ''swap its attack and health'' cards will actually be good
9. Voodoo Doll will turn out to be very strong
10. Baleful Banker will be extremely strong
11. Chameleos will turn out to be very overrated.
Fuck cubelock
Magma Rager will be in at least one tier 1 deck.

That's not quite exactly how that works...
