Is this thread about actual predictions or what YOU presonally want? Because all I see is the last.
Just a few points:
They will NOT make the changes you guys would like to see, just because your favourite deck gets shit on by some card. Only 'cards that limit the design space' or omnipresent neutrals might see some nerfs.
They'll do their best to avoid big dust refunds, so no legendary will be nerfed.
Many cards y'all mentioned 'will rotate soon™' aka in 6 months so it's very likely we'll have to bear with them for that while.
Balance changes are coming! Hooray!!! What are your predictions?
I think we'll see something along these lines
Druid: Needs a nerf badly. The whole class is busted. Ultimately, I think the biggest culprit is the classic set (Wild Growth, Nourish), but I don't know if they'll touch that at this time. I think we'll see some manner of nerf to Spreading Plague, Ultimate Infestation, or both.
Quest Rogue: Again, I think one of the biggest culprits is the classic set (Preparation, Vanish), but they might not touch that. The nerf should probably be an entire rework of the quest, but that seems too extreme for a balance change. Maybe another tweak? Like the reward is a 5/5 stealth minion that makes all other minions 5/5's or something. That way, you can interact with the stealth minion through AOE.
Giggling Inventor: People have forever said that "you can counter" giggling inventor. But the fact that every deck needs to counter it is the problem. To bust out a pokemon reference, Giggling Inventor is Garchomp circa 2008. I personally think it needs a nerf, but I don't think it will get one. That said, I only think they'll nerf Giggling Inventor if they don't do much to Quest Rogue.
Wild: I think balancing Wild format is fundamentally a sisyphean mistake. That said, people whine really loudly. I think Aviana is probably changed into a 10 mana card. That way 1 melon doesn't get the whole combo, and the whole combo also requires an unsearchable Innervate.
Baku: Short of an entire rework, I think maybe they'll just make the Baku Hero Powers cost 3? I don't really know, there is a lot here to unpack.
How are none of these predictions inclusive of the much needed nerfs to Zoolock and Odd Rogue, two of the most oppressive and overpowered archetypes we've seen since the dark days of Pirate Warrior?
At least, that's what I'll be rooting for anyway. Shaman and Priest could really use a bit of love right now.
EDIT: I realise you listed "Baku" in here, but for me, the Odd/Even mechanic overall is fine and not that big a deal.
Rogue's Quest being completely reworked... The card in its current iteration needs to die.... Just turn it into some RNG fiesta card so it'll stop being polarizing as hell...
Juicy Psychmelon needs to cost 5/6 mana... Right now that one card is completely warping Wild format and that's not fair....
Some Druid card gets axed.... I'm leaning towards Spreading Plague/Branching Paths just because I think they'd HOF stuff like Wild Growth/Nourish (even though I think the latter is problem just because UI exists) rather than nerf them....
Maybe seeing that the card is on the same level of stupidity of 5 mana NSW they might also change Juicy Psychmelon....
Some random Classic card gets nerfed cause they're not happy if you don't go "WTF is going on?" everytime we get balance changes....
They've talked about bringing UI to 4 damage, 4 cards, 4 armor, 4/4 minion before. I think they should have done it before, and I think they will do it now. It actually makes the card a bit more versatile for druid because they don't need to empty their hand as much and it doesn't bring them as close to fatigue, but I still think the nerf is necessary, just like it was half a year ago..
They are going to do something about Giggling Inventor, for a number of reasons. Most notably, it would nerf quest rogue, without nerfing the quest for a third time haha.
Branching Paths is a stupid card. Way too versatile. I'm really hoping druid goes back to their roots one day (that is, when they could ramp better than anyone, but had trouble with draw - that was always their class identity).
Basically druid needs a heavy nerf-bat all around. They did this to cubelock in the Witchwood meta. They need to do the same thing to druid now.

Gaining 4 HP on top of the max possible Hp for 2 mana recastable every turn is pretty frustrating to play against. But I think this suffers from the same problem as Quest Rogue, It is almost an auto lose match-up, however the main victim this time is aggro, not control. The Nerf: I think it should be reduced to 3 armour each turn.
With this nerf you are also nerfing Justicar Trueheart. Not every control warrior in wild involves Baku :(
Only two stick out in my mind. I'm sure there will be others, but these absolutely have to happen:
Giggling Inventor - 6 mana, nerf to odd decks and overall strength of the card.
Aviana - This card has to be completely redone. It is the most design-limiting card in the game, given that it allows for combos that normally should never happen. Two meme cards (Togwaddle and Star Aligner) turned into T-1 combo decks because of this card. The Star Aligner debacle has to be the last straw, because I can't believe Blizz expected THAT deck to happen. Something like a "6 mana 5/5, your minions cost 3 less but no less than 1 mana".
For those complaining about Juicy Psychmelon, is that card the issue or is it Aviana? How strong is that card if Aviana doesn't exist? The problem is that even if Psychmelon is nerfed somehow, another combo will arise that involves Aviana. Druid has too many tools to stall a game, draw cards and build armor that you either can nerf all of those tools, or just hit the key card that is required for any combo. We're talking about wild here, of course...
Also on a side note, if Malygos isn't nerfed, it will be rotated to the HoF at end of year. It will happen at some point...
Meh, the only real change I want to see is to Preparation so other things in Rogue cards can be changed. So many Rogue spells are so expensive or tricky to play because designers have to take Prep into account. I saw a suggestion on Kibler's stream to change it to 'The next spell that cost 3 mana or less costs 0 mana this turn.'. Should free up a lot of design room and maybe Sprint could be reduced to say 6 mana.
Giggling Inventor to 6 mana might be the only other change I could agree with. I don't think the card is THAT busted but it does require too many decks to bring a counter to it. You could argue leaving it at 5 mana but reducing the minions to 1/1.
Rogue quest: Minions in your hand become 4/4.
Love the tribes.
Wild Growth to 3 mana
Giggling Inventor to 6 mana
Juicy Psychmelon to 6 mana
Sonya Shadowdancer gives you 1/1 minion at the end of your turn
Nothing mentioned by anyone here, just super random stuff that will have little to no impact.
Aviana minions cost 2 - aviana cost 10
Prince Keleseth +1 atk buff only
Spreading Plague 7 mana
Giggling Inventor 7 mana
Sonya gives you a 0/1 copy
Branching Paths +3 armor instead of 6
Carnivorous Cube Bcry : same , Drattle: if its your opponent turn -> same effect
Swipe remove the 1 dmg aoe
yes ... i hate druid.
Cool story, bro. I'll see your productive posts next time in another thread.

Paper is fine, nerf Rock. Sincerely, Scissors.
That would destroy some boomlab puzzles... :(

Dire mole better be in consideration.
Guaranteed: They will nerf Rocket Boots to remove the card draw
What I'd like to see is:
What I think will happen:
"この 先は 暗い 夜道 だけが も 知らない それでも信じて 進むんだ 星が その道 を 少し でも 照らしてくをるのを"

I must admit, seeing the suggestions and their justification ITT ... well ... it is giving me the giggles.
Personally, I'm just so tired of the whole Druid class. In Wild, I would like to see Aviana increased to 10 mana.
Have you invented anything recently?
Golden Hero Collections thus far; -
Europe: Druid, Hunter, Paladin, Mage, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock, Warrior (9/9)
Americas: Druid, Mage, Paladin Shaman (4/9)
Everywhere else: Workin on it.. (0/9)

Just nerf Dr.Boom already, such a strong card. don't even touch for 4 years...
Giggling Inventor is almost a guaranteed hit. Though that would make Zoo and Odd decks even harder to deal with.
I'd like to think that Blizzard has enough sense to nerf Baku the Mooneater. I have no idea how it'd be done though.
Juicy Psychmelon is due for a change, though an Aviana or Kun the Forgotten King nerf would fix the problem as well.
