Now Meta - (These decks have been improved and buffed by cards that were released in MSG and will probably see more play as a result)
Dragon Priest - I feel like this deck will be more of a slower Midrange deck. Cards like Dragonfire Potion, Drakonid Operative, Potion of Madness, Mana Geode, and Kabal Talonpriest support a midrange Curvestone kind of deck for Priest versus the slower Dragon Priest decks from before that were more control orientated. While Priest doesn't really have a hero power that can support a more aggressive style of play, I feel like the cards introduced to Priest so far do a good job of promoting a play style that is focused on developing a big board. Playing Mana Geode on turn 2 and then Kabal Talonpriest on turn 3 will be strong in constructed and quite frankly (While not as likely) broken in Arena.
Reno decks - (Priest, Warlock, Mage)
Priest - Raza the Chained will be a mainstay in every single Reno Priest deck. Cards like Kabal Chemist, Kazakus, and Potion of Madness will prove to be auto includes in every Reno Priest deck. Shadowform will be featured in the deck in order to take advantage of the incredibly powerful battlecry of Raza the Chained. I don't think that this deck will be as good as Dragon Priest but it will be viable and fun.
Warlock - Felfire Potion and Abyssal Enforcer offer late-game options for mass board clear but Warlock still lacks quality early game removal in order to be a Tier 1 control deck in constructed. We'll see with this one.
Mage - A Reno Mage deck could also make a comeback after the release of the expansion with the introduction of cards like Volcanic Potion [/card]and [card]Inkmaster Solia. It will be interesting to see how Secrets might be featured within Reno Mage decks with the introduction of cards like Kabal Lackey and Kabal Crystal Runner. While there is a possibility Reno Mage could be decent, I don't think it will ever be Tier 1 or even Tier 2 with the current cards released.
New Archetypes -
Hand Pally - A deck focused on reaping the benefits of the new cards in MSG that buff minions in your hand could see some serious play in the meta. Faster Midrange-style decks that utilize cards like Smuggler's Run, Meanstreet Marshal, Grimestreet Outfitter, and Small-Time Recruits could see serious play. Cards like Grimestreet Enforcer, Don Han'Cho, and Dopplegangster will most likely be featured heavily in these decks as well.
Jade Golem Druid - Jade Idol and Jade Blossom will most likely be auto-includes in every Jade Golem deck for Druid. Aya Blackpaw and maybe Jade Spirit will also be featured in these decks. Jade Behemoth seems a little slow to me but it might see play based on how strong this mechanic is.
Jade Golem Shaman - Jade Claws and Jade Lightning represent auto includes in every Jade Golem deck for Shaman. Jade Claws has notable synergy with a turn 1 Tunnel Trogg and offers more early game removal for Shaman. Jade Lightning offers mid game removal as well as a possible finisher as it can deal damage to your opponent's face as well. I actually made an experimental deck to see what a Jade Golem deck might look like for Shaman located here: Here
Jade Golem Rogue - Eh. Not really enough support in my opinion to see significant play over other archetypes in the Rogue class such as Miracle.
Anyways, this was just a quick write-up that took me about 30 mins to do, I want to see what kind of decks you guys think are going to be powerful after MSG is released and I want you to tell me why. Better yet, create this deck on Hearthpwn and link it so I can see it. I love theory-crafting in Hearthstone so this should be fun.
Also I think that White Eyes(the new shaman legendary) will be a good card to just put in a shaman deck. I could see that they were pushing control shaman but I don't think that one card will make it viable. Maybe they will introduce some other control tools in the stream tomorrow. I also agree that rogue hasn't received much love this expansion at least not as much attention as the other classes like priest.
Midrange Taunt Warrior, Jade Druid, and Midrange Paladin as new decks, and Midrange Hunter, Control Shaman, Dragon Priest and Renolock as improved decks
I am positive that reno won't be played in priest. I mean, why would you need heal in a class whose hero power heals you and can be free heal with raza.
the thing is that Goons flexibility means they can be combined with almost anything, you could technically play Angry Goons (Goons+enrage minions, maybe a copy of blood warriors added in), Murloc Goons, Taunt Goons, heck even c'thun goons and Goon Patrons don't sound too bad, you can actually add goons to anyfin Paladin as well, after all a 2/8 doomsayer is way way harder to remove than a 0/6 and could lead to board wipes more consistently.
i think Mid-range Paladin Murloc Goons will be really powerful or at least really annoying.
Jade Golem Rogue - Eh. Not really enough support in my opinion to be worth using over rogue's whole ONE deck they have that works, otherwise known as Miracle.
Fixed it for you.

believe it or not 2 or even 4 health per turn is not good enough to fight off burst or heavy aggression.

Evolve Shaman. Evolve has been given some nice tools in this set so far with cards like Call in the Finishers, Dopplegangster and Bomb Squad. It shouldn't be enough of a push to be stronger than Control or Midrange, but, I think Evolve Shaman is looking good after we move to the next expansion as a replacement for mid-range shaman.
Deathrattle Shaman. The new legendary and Anya help promote a N'zoth/Barnes/Reincarnate deck that should be viable. Again, not strong enough to replace the current dogs in Shaman, but, probably quite strong compared to mortal decks.
Stealth Rogue: Just a guess but it appears to me that Stealth Rogue is the new Beast Druid. That is a deck type that will be pushed but never good enough.
Pirate Warrior: Just stronger now with Patches. Grimestreet pawnbroker might also work. Have to see. but, Aggro wont be dead with Patches in the game.
Murloc Pally. Just a flood deck with murlocs and a couple refill cards in Divine Favor and Small time recruits to make sure the pressure never stops. Like Face Hunter, only with draw.
Reno. Renolock just got serious. The set added some healing, some good taunts, some good removal, and even a finisher for Reno. Expect to see a wide variety of Reno builds used, all of them quite good for the next 4 months. Mage will be good as well and even Priest will get into the action at times.
Don't know if you can call it a new archetype or if it feels exactly the same as midrange hunter but I think goon-hunter will be a thing. Midrange hunter was allways quite powerfull and I am quite confident that the addition of a few goon cards will improve this deck quite a bit.
I obviously don't know the last jade cards from shaman and rogue but I think rogue has a better chance than shaman as a jade golem deck. Based on the released cards, controll-jade looks stronger in druid than in shaman -> this means there is no real reason to play jade shaman at all (if it turns out that it is really the weaker controll-jade deck). Rogue on the other hand would play jade-golem in a less controll and more tempo oriented way which is a completely different approach -> it may counter different types of decks -> in the right meta jade rogue might be playable... Well who I am kidding, rogue will allways fall back to miracle, but I still think jade-rogue is underestimated at the moment.

Who can take your trash out? Stomp it down for you? Shake the plastic bag and do the twisty thingy, too?

Maybe not. But, it's still a great anti-aggro tool and if you want to run Kazakas and the chained lady, why not? The body is just fine for the cost even if you don't heal for 29.
Here is a Reno Priest deck I threw together. Just as an example of where it might go.
I personally think some form of combo warrior will emerge around the hand buff mechanic. Not the OTK type, but modern grim patron-like, where you create a big board in a single turn. Included new cards will be Don Han'Cho, Dopplegangster, Fight Promoter, and possibly even Soggoth the Slitherer, Brass Knuckles and Grimy Gadgeteer. Grimestreet Smuggler won't make it, because any buff target wants to be buffed for at least 2 in this deck.

I think draw hunter will be a thing.. With tokens pumps cultist for draw and even starving buzzard.
I dunno I'm just trying things out. I think a deck with a focus of deathrattle and handbuff minions could be strong. I made this deck in like 10 minutes so it's not really very good but I'm posting this to just kinda get the idea out there.
I actually think it'll be the same old meta with a little more face decks and a Dragon Priest sliding in.
Did Blizzard actually release anything that significantly weakens Maly Druid and Mid Shaman? I don't see it.
Dragon Priest, Shaman and Druid are almost certainly our meta until rotation.
It doesn't have anything to do with weakening current decks in the meta. Also, a lot of board clears have been introduced that will weaken and compete with Midrange Shaman.
Malygos Druid may not be as good as some of the new decks that are going to be created with the cards that have been released in the expansion.
It's not about the counter play to decks that are currently meta, it's more about whether or not the decks that are going to be strengthened or created as a result of these new cards are stronger than Maly Druid or Midrange Shaman. In fact, I feel like Midrange Shaman has been given some tools to make a stronger deck but that perhaps Jade Golem decks might be competitive in the meta.

Jan'alai the Dragonhawk
I don't think Jade Shaman has enough support to be a thing. So far it looks like Druid is the only class that can make Jade Golems really work.
Midrange Taunt Warrior, Jade Druid, and Midrange Paladin as new decks, and Midrange Hunter, Control Shaman, Dragon Priest and Renolock as improved decks
What about Burgle, Miracle and Stealth Rogue? It's been a clown fiesta.
