Make it so when the minion gets its attack buffed over 2, it loses Charge.

Now I am scared to play Shimmering Tempest against priest... and I want to craft golden Pyros but priest will pretty much steal it and use the deathrattle for himself... this card needs to cost more...

So shadow madness costs 3 more and you get minions with one more attack? Seems legit.

If you steal a Dreadsteed with this and kill it on one of your opponent's minions, you get to keep the Dreadsteed, because the new one does not have that extra text that returns it to your opponent. 

I can no longer trust playing a Loot Hoarder against a priest anymore...

This card is fantastic in the current Pirate meta since you so often see two 1/1 Pirates on the board on Turn 1. Even on later turns this card is just so good against Pirates. Combined with a couple of early taunts and it's gg.

This is even better if the have Southsea Deckhand opener, so juicy. Even better if they coin Small-Time Buccaneer too. Now with his nerf coming soon this card will shut it down with patches now.

Pint-Size Potion

Not as strong as you think. When you steal a minion, keep in mind it has -3 attack that turn, making it hard to get any kind of value trade.

You most likely want both minions to die,but Pint-Size Potion makes that difficult.

Pint-Size Potion +Youthful Brewmaster + this card = Control any minion below 5 attack just with 4 mana. It's strong isnt it?

Using 3 cards to generate 1 card and remove 1 card of your opponent's. That's... -3 + 1 + 1 = -1 in value. Don't think so pal.

Solid point, sir. Hate to admit it too, but this could end up being way too situational to play afterall
