    Combo decks will still exist, but they will be:

    a) less greedy, probably using less damage in favour of flexibility (for example you could build a control paladin with the Holy Warth Shirvallah package but still enough value to play the game without relying on the combo.     b) will just not be tier 1 decks that have positive winrates against multiple archetypes. I don't think most midrange decks will bother running a multitude of combo breakers.     Malygos Druid might also still be playable since you can technically use PSychmelon to get your combo pieces very early and prevent them from being pulled by Hecklebot.

    Combo is weaker (thank god) and has more counterplay (also thank god).

    If they didn't want combo decks to exist at all they wouldn't have kept Malygos around...and printed Mecha'thun

     I was going to make a big post, but you pretty much nailed it here.

    I will also add that the tournament and ladder metas are two separate and very different things. Combo seems very risky in a format with side decks. On ladder, how much are you pre-side-decking? Sure, you can run Sabatuer, Heckler, etc. all at the same time, but do you want to do that?

    (Maybe if you're some form of Stun variant which we've never seen in HS but now seems quasi-plausible.)

     You're not wrong though paladin might be able to do it as a strong combo deck that can also Mount pressure

     Better top deck than spellstone still worse overall. And yes it has great synergy with jepetto though that's all a little show due to the 9 cost

     Not sure about that. It definitely can add value or flexibility (for cheaper twinspells). Both of which have proven to be gameable.

    Honestly this is great in secret Hunter which got a huge boost with bring able to discover draw the secret drawer since it is a beast and you draw even more beasts with this. Could potentially clear the board create a board protect you with secrets draw a couple cards . Secret Hunter tier 1 this meta

    This is definitely good, if you get 1 or 2 Spells from it it's great, if you get more or if you use it to play Giants and Tyrants the card becomes insane!

    I don't feel like the basic effect without overkill is good, of course, but it is a great card at the right turn that can easily turn the tide of the game.

     I agree... It's like a slightly better cabalist tome in most situations
