Interesting thread, I'm also trying to build the "perfect" N'Zothadin. I was having trouble on EU server with Priests and sometimes Warriors (who know how to play), so I included Justicar, which seems pretty nice in late game against these decks.
Also right now, I'm testing different solutions, between early game (draw with Loot Hoarder) or mid-late game (with Harvest Golem, combined with N'Zoth which offers another deathrattle threat anti-AOE). So, Harvest Golem seems pretty good right now as the meta is slow, I'm in a streak at R10.

I can't say I don't like your deck and the idea behind justicar but I think excluding Kodo isn't a great idea. You could take it instead of a second forbidden healing for example.

Forbidden Healing is a really important card, but Kodo is not. Your main board clears are going to be with Equality and Doomsayer, a 1 attack minion isn't the biggest threat to those.
I'm currently having a lot of trouble baiting out board clears against other control decks, especially warrior and paladin as their board clears are the most effective against a N'zothed board.
Also occasionally having trouble keeping alive on turns 1-7 against shaman and zoo.
Any suggestions?

Can you post your deck? Can't really help otherwise.
You know I was seriously considering includingThe Beast, but with Sylvannas and Cairne already at 6-mana, I wanted to curve out a bit more. I decided on 2 Abominations, which is nice because it puts everything behind a super Taunt when N'Zoth is summoned.

My only concern with 2 aboms is that odds are that the 4 aoe will just wipe your whole board you just worked so hard for nzoth to drop. Chillmaw is a bigger body to boot.
I do not feel like you need to force any deathrattle creatures. I run 5 total. Cairne, Tirion, Sylv, and 2 Loot Hoarders and it works great. If you have 2 of the big 3 at Nzoth cast it is already explosive. This leaves more room for utility cards.
Also, I strongly suggest you guys try Sir Finely! This guy is great! 1/1 tokens are borderline worthless in this deck. Making almost any Hero Power an upgrade. Heal can be great, helps cap off damaged minions so Rag heals you, armor is decent, shapeshift is probably my favorite as it pumps those weapons up. Regardless though almost all are a significant upgrade to 1/1 tokens.
I'm playing with Tirion, Sylvanas, Cairne, Corrupted Healbot, Twilight Summoner and Infested Tauren.
So far it has worked fine for me but I do feel that the Twilight Summoner is a bit weak. I'll try running an Abomination, it seems to work against zoo and aggro shaman.
The deck is strong but I still feel it lacks of something and it definitely feels weaker than N'Zoth Rogue
Is it a must have in this deck, or is there any replacement ?
Thank you !
Unless you are willing to change your deck around to include alot of extra healing frm some gimmick like Tuskarr Jouster then yes, he is an absolutely must craft. I actually was you a couple days ago but i realized i never had enough healing due to lack of starter cards. You should definitely craft him
If you have extra dust then craft it it's a good card against aggro, but if you don't wanna craft it then add Tusker Jouster. I crafted 2 copies since I couldn't get them in my packs and they work as charm.
I'm having second thoughts on Twilight Summoner, I overlooked him but can be really annoying for the opponent.
After some other hours of playtesting I came to think that you can go two ways with this deck. If you go full control you don't need midrange deathrattle minions (Healbot, Tauren, Twilight Summoner and such), only the big ones. You have space to play cycle cards (Loot Hoarder), more healing/taunt and tech cards. To those saying you don't need them 'cause the deck is great at handling big threats: I get your point, but keep in mind that you don't always draw the cards you need in time and, more importantly, at high level people will play around your removal. They're less likely to play around whatever tech current meta calls for (right now I'd go with Ooze). With this kind of decklist though, you're gonna have issues against other control decks such as Warrior, sometimes Priest and Warlock, plus other N'Zoth Paladins. You won't bait any removal, if they know how to play, and your lineup of minions revived by N'Zoth will be weak to Brawl, Twisting Nether and Equality combos. For this reason It may be worth running Elise Starseeker, a decent body against aggro and helps you win the fatigue war.
The other way to go is a more midrange-oriented approach. In this case I guess you won't have many free slots, you'd have to run beefier midgame minions. You risk losing a bit of tempo and missing your survival tools, they could just ignore your board and go face, but the reward is a much more threatening N'Zoth lineup (one turn lethal kind of threatening), which is also more resilient to AoE. This is the kind of deck StrifeCro was playing a few days ago, if you'd like to check the videos.
I don't know if one way is superior to the other, I think not, it may depend on personal playstyle and ladder or tournament meta. Dragon synergy could be a nice compromise but I'm not sold on its reliability, needs testing.

About Forbidden healing, it's almost always a must-have card, even in control games. For instance against Warrior to stay out of range of Grommash. I just won a game thanks to these cards against a Warrior, I got Alexstrasza 3 times in the game and finally won because of forbidden healing, so yes I'd say it's mandatory.

The N'Zoth deck I'm currently using, which is quite fun, and surprisingly consistent is my N'Zoth/Dragon, control Paladin at the moment that is below.
Very expensive, but definitely fun and destroys Druid C'Thun decks right now. Give it a look, play, and/or like =)
I'm currently trying Reno/N'Zoth.
It's a fun deck. With a fair match ups overall. Priest destroy it, tho
Try Deathwing 2.0 in it, surprisingly good, especially against Priest( which used to be a bad matchup due to Entomb)

Hi
I don't own Ragnaros, Lightlord, but have 1.600 dust.
Is it a must have in this deck, or is there any replacement ?

do you suggest 2x forbidden healing and 1x lay on hands?
