I ran into a bunch of tempo warriors and N'Zoth priests which really wrecked me. It's good to know priest still dominates paladin in almost every match up (except maybe Anyfin paladin).
The main problem I'm having with N'Zoth Paladin is the lack of offense it presents. Never have I missedPiloted Sky Golem so much.
No kidding, I've been trying to make it work for the past few days as well (mostly due to every other of my decks getting pantsed by Zoo) and entomb and shadow word death make n'zoth pally not viable the way I've been building it. Interested to see what will come of this discussion, the dragon deck looks interesting but I don't have them...the corrupted healbot, however, seems great. Also agreed on the Kodo, I have been getting great value off it nearly every game, but 2 are too much. Don't really see the point of loot hoarders, I'd rather run 2 solemn vigils personally, especially with Zoo and Evolve being so prevalent atm.
Gonna keep watching this thread.
I think Solemn Vigil makes the deck! Yeah, like you I've been having amazing luck with it versus Zoolock/Face Shaman (only rank 11 right now), but as usual if a Priest entombs myTirion Fordring its pretty bad. Otherwise, my N'Zoth can only bring back Sylvannas or Cairne or Twilight Summoners, all of which, while threatening, isn't game breaking enough to stall the whole game out like a lethal combo(merlocks) or C'Thun can be. I've been thinking of just adding a bit more of a late game if possible. I'll probably cut the Black Knight when C'Thun starts disappearing.
Did anyone try combining n'zoth paladin with divine shield. I've been having some succes and winstreak at around rank 10 but I haven't had that much time to play. Some decks just can't handle a flood of divine shield dudes, and blood knight can be a win condition on itself. Some problems that can occur are if you draw your late game early it can be difficult to bounce back.
Some strong openers are argent squire + Blessing of wisdom, Rallying blade, selfless hero vs some decks Steward of darkshire is one of the key cards mid game since it combos with noble sacrifice, selfless hero, bilefin tidecaller, justicar trueheart, twilight drake, blood knight, rallying blade.
Ideal nzoth play is Nzoth + Selfless, Selfless, sylvanas, cairne bloodhoof, Tyrion fordring
Looks good. How are the Twilight Summoners? I've yet to try them with dragons. Same goes for Abomination actually.
They work really nicely. After dropping N'Zoth when the summoners and abom come up they have no choice but to attack abom which pops them. Also good anti aoe vs control decks. They also are good when you Pyro + Equality because it clears the board and leaves you a 5/5. Abom is great against all the rush and zoo decks also. I like having another taunt pop from N'Zoth along with Chillmaw. I haven't had a ton of test time with the deck yet but I'm 5-2 with the deck and one of the losses was a complete missplay on my side in hind sight.
Hey guys, could you help me with my n'zoth deck that I've been running ? The biggest problems so far have been deathrattle hunter, aggro shaman sometimes, and mosly: n'zoth priest! Priest just entomb all of my bigger deathrattle minions, and then deal with the smaller ones, but anyway, I can't get value out of n'zoth in the end, and they also cabal my Twilight summoners. As for my collection : I don't own cairne, harrison, rag. lightlord and solemn vigil, so i tried replacing them. Any help appreciated :)
The deck's control tools and healing are amazing--you can get back to 30 life basically whenever you want. So far, though, the versions I've tried seriously lack punch: You have so few threats that the opponent almost always has answers in hand when you play them. Given time, most decks can build up a board that you can't wipe, and with burst damage in hand your opponent eventually wins the day. I've more than once been taken down from 25-30 life in one turn while playing this deck.
Also, against a Warrior running Justicar, the deck is utterly hopeless--or at least in the versions I've tried.
As far as N'Zoth goes, I find the Rogue minion-based version much more enjoyable to play, and at least for me more effective.

Justicar Trueheart destroys both priest and warrior, they just can't handle the constant pressure it puts on. So if you want a better matchup against those, I would probably add that.
Twilight Summoner obviously is terrible against priest. You either play them on curve turn 4, or you play them the same turn as a pyro equality clear. Playing them any other time (basically) is just too risky against cabal.

Thanks, i thought about summoner + pyro too, but what should I take out for Justicar?

Yea I can see how priest would be a pain with your deck. Have you tried Corrupted Healbot for a little more beef later?
From experience I've found that solely relying on N'Zoth in the deck isn't the best way to go. He's fantastic if you revive a legendary deathrattle, but you're screwed if they save an answer for him, which more and more decks are starting to do. I'd really recommend adding some dragon synergy if you have some. Deathwing, Dragonlord and Chillmaw bring two more strong deathrattles, and Deathwing alone will win the game if you set him up right.
Otherwise try adding some other late game legendaries so you're not completely lost if N'Zoth doesn't show, might bait out an Entomb and save a deathrattle too. Maybe Ysera? Dream + N'Zoth is tasty.

I used Lay on Hands instead if Ragnaros. Its the same single turn heal but can be directed rather than random and the 3 card draw is fantastic late game. Both are good just depends on the rest of the deck and how much you want to draw.

Good ideas. And yes, i've tried corrupted healbot, and as others have said, he's better when you're already ahead on board. Also can i just add Deathwing, Dragonlord as a powerful deathrattle minion, and without other dragon synergy ? ( i own only the first 2 wings of brm)

yeah, its pretty good, it's just that sometimes i end up with both lay on hands in my hand when i'm close to fatigue, and i can't really use them
I don't know... every time I've played rag so far My face was the only thing he could heal. I'm playing the super controlly version though with a lot of board clears and putting attacks to 1.

Yes you could. There has been times where i played him just to put pressure with no gain from his deathrattle. If you've already baited out some removal they will have to spend a lot to remove him. Bring him back after with N'Zoth and they'll concede :P
I have had great luck with dragon synergies.

Partially for budget reasons (I don't have the second Forbidden Healing and Twilight Summoner - yet) I've tried a build with Reno Jackson and it works nicely so far. Imo the one-ofs are good substitutions and Reno Jackson's healing works better than Forbidden Healing! And tbh Twilight Summoner is a bit disappointing so I don't miss the second one.
