The death of Big Priest in Wild is at hand.
YES!
Quest Shudderwock OTK Shaman
A new deck (using this card among quite a few other Uldum cards) that I theorycrafted for Saviors of Uldum, I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts if you want to check it out.
Most overrated card in the set. Very narrow. Lightning Storm ""combo"" is way too expensive and unreliable, but leaving up a bunch of Murlocs is dangerous. Transform is already represented in Hex, with Earth Shock being a very useful Silence. Powerful AoE is already plentiful. Can't use it to push face like with Devolve or Tarim. It's very unlikely for this card to have an use.
You're thinking way too narrow with the focus on Standard. This card is going to be making waves in the Wild format - Renolock, Cubelock, Big Priest are going to be bad matchups against Control Shaman, since Devolve makes up for any weaknesses for Plague of Murlocs in Standard and set up finishers more reliably. Expect some form of Shudderwock Shaman to rise to the top of the Wild Meta.
Fuck wheelchair priest
better vs big minions than devolve but costs 1 more hum. I think it's got potential.
Incredibly strong, because of the fact that it's in Shaman, a class that has Lightning Storm readily available, would you even need to use Hagatha's Scheme anymore?
Gets rid of pesky Deathrattles, can deal with Divine Shields.
Also, can be used offensively for your cards, since Bluegill Warrior is in the transform pool.
Think im already calling this a 5* card
It's got multiple purposes - Board clear (normally with lightning storm or earthquake), transform to avoid deathrattles, and whatever shaman murloc synergy you run.
oh, and a hard counter to khadgar + giants turn
I think this is good to be a counter card against big minion decks like Mages and Paladins, but quite unstable in other cases.
