Fatigued him with Paladin with upgraded hero power, extra mana crystal and artifacts WISH and EXTRA TURN (simply the best). His AI is very poor so he will waste all his removals on your dudes, even the mass removals such as nethers and psychic screams. So, make value plays, use your treasures wisely and you will outvalue him. Use your torches sparingly, so they can protect you until late game.
With Paladin, get as many Tarims as you can, he's unbelievably good, especially with upgraded hero power!
Easily defeated and didn't take one damage of face against Secret Hunter with Captured Flag, Scrying Orb and Gloves of Mugging. Took the common advice to play candle on his 5/5's (no matter what the damage they had) when two max were on the board. Mostly he tried to play a control game and lost because of playing DK Rexxar on T6 of 20, smorc is the best strategy as long as you have cards to draw and the Build a Beast hero power. Other than the DK's and Secrets other package drafts were pretty mediocre, so as long as you stay with summon spells and secrets, you can keep generating minions to throw at his face.

Use the first candle on turn three to kill 2 full health darkspawns... you can try to push onto the board but it's probably too early, maybe just throw down a jade or two to start ramping. Throw down your second candle on turn 5 to kill two more full health darkspawns, then you must push onto the board, hold it as long as you can... you will lose it again after a scream or nether. At this point you must refill AND counter his free value with free value of your own, like free minions from Rexar, or free w-elementals from Jaina, or your best bet is probably ridiculously scaling jade... or else you will run out of gas and be overwhelmed fast. This is by far the best boss to have invisibility on, since it renders his single target spells useless. Otherwise be mindful of your tiny minions for potion of madness, and your big minions are fearful of entomb and especially mind control. This is why jades shine here, cuz even if he takes your 8 power jade, you will counter instantly with a 9 power jade. Put a tiny minion next to a big minion to absorb sudden betrayal. I think he will scream before he nethers, and he will entomb before he mind controls, you can maybe abuse the ai, because if you are ahead even a little, he will overreact with these spells.
Managed to fatigue this boss. Priest with Potion of Vitality , Reno Jackson and Kazakus . Got 10 mana potion to polymorph all enemy minions into sheep with a full board. Let him overdraw and fatigue until you're low HP then Reno! Only ended up using 1 Luminous Candle in the early game.
Outside of this tactic, I'd recommend not over-committing to the board as he has a lot of board clears and minion steals.
The Darkness's hero power is Encroaching Darkness. He begins his first turn with 3 mana. You start the fight with 3xLuminous Candles.

Easiest way to defeat: If you get the Cloak of Invisibility. You will render his potion of madness,entomb,mind control,shadow world death and pain into totally useless, his cabal shadow priest loses her power. Even if the above deck would be correct, darkness deck would be rendered useless into having 9 cards that he cant use if you have the cloak.
Also nakomaru i believe you have his deck wrong in here, he has 2x potion of madness, 4x looming presence
The Darkness messes with his AI. If you have it dormant on the board, he will cast all his Twisting Nethers and Psychic Screams trying to remove it, but fail because it is dormant.
This was just painful.
I had to get 2 Eadric the Pure's,6 Sunkeeper Tarin's and a Tolin's goblet into 6 Orb's of destruction in order to fatigue and beat it
