Why doesn't this use Lifesteal keyword?

Probably because Lifesteal would increase the amount of healing as damage increases with spell power. They probably only want this to heal for a max of five no matter what.

It is just riddiciulously expensive. For 5 mana you could play Flash Heal and Fireball and still have one mana left. 

but fireball and flash heal require 2 cards in your decks and this requires one

Also, you are extremely unlikely to be able to play that.

Much more better then the warlock's drain life

When I got this card I thought it was gonna be bad. But I put it in a few decks and it's actually great. 5 damage kills a lot of common enemies (Loatheb, Sludge Belcher, Emperor Thaurissan, etc). Plus it can be useful vs aggro to take out a threat and heal yourself at the same time. 

One of my favorite looking cards in all of Hearthstone, so that's cool.

Indeed, the wide mix of textures on the colors is just right.

hey! this pic looks exactly same as greater heal :p now we don't have greater heal, that is the thing :)
