This last game.....insane.... Big grats to Bunnyhoppor, well deserved after his whole career.
I did't get yet packs from drops, but honestly I wasn't watching it for packs - from quarterfinals to final with that Priest mirror 👌
It was a blast. & of course congratulations for Bunny, because he deserved it - I'm not a hard core HS player, mostly a casual, so I discovered (thank to this tournament) how scary Demon Hunters are, but... Identity Theft after Identity Theft after Identity Theft 😂
It was nuts. + filling full hand with Vision of Darkness to avoid fatigue... 💪
The discussion about the same decks aside.
Really well played by Bunnyhopper.
The guy deserved it in my opinion.
I wouldn't say braindead. How many of us would have won that Priest mirror against either Bunnyhopper or Deaddraw.
Agreed, we should give credit where it's due. My point was more towards the decks, as in general I find them too luck/rng-based and in 99% of cases whoever gets the better draw at start and throughout the match, wins, regardless of who is the most skillful player. Of course, throughout the actual play you do have varying degrees of skill on how to most efficiently and effectively make use of what you are dealt with and how to read and interpret the odds/rng, so kudos to the winner indeed.
a world championship tournament online ?!??
really blizzard ?!?? a tournament of this size has to be at LAN, no way
Congratulations to bunny but its sad that the worlds championship were played in such a manacheat meta
Draw and discount draw and discount let's put it on every card that seems good for the game
This event was complete and utter embarassment for Blizzard and Hearthstone! The same 4 f-ing manacheat decks all over, painfully boring mirror matches decided by a braindead total RNG fiesta, and not a single deck in the whole tournament (yet alone the final four) with the new DK class. Not even the people paid for playing and promoting the game want to use it. Absolute and total disaster on every level! The game has never been in a more atrotious state.
Agreed, blizz really effed up, no dk interest whatsoever
That was painful to watch, all playing the same decks...
And let's not even tak about mirror priests games...
The take away from the final match:
⛏️ How long can this go on ⛏️
