This seems universally good. Stats are fine and it allows you to bank a targeted freeze for whenever you need it.

It's a Tour Guide for Even Mage in Wild, so it could see play of course

Imagine if it worked with Reckless Apprentice and u got a full freeze enemy's effect

This card changes your hero power, and Reckless Apprentice counts as using your hero power in every possible way, so it should freeze the first target ("next" is an important word).

Hero power mage might exist if meta slows down.

I'm wondering if Reckless Apprentice will freeze all the targets without consuming the charge.

My guess would be that only the first shot from the Apprentice freezes the target, consuming the effect (I think the first one goes always face, but could be wrong), the reduced cost would remain.

Great in the elemental mage deck that no longer exists!
