 Yeah, +1/+2 would be the norm. Perhaps the clueless card designers realize that Priest needs help.

Fuck yeah good priest card. Will be great in Naga priest if no other archetype is found

The downside though is you won't be able to play much naga's in your third to sixth turn, as this consumes 3 mana each turn.

Dude no... it doesnt consumes mana each turn. Just once you play it.. then it consumes one of the 3 uses. 

This is what buff minion based priest needed years ago. This is hella strong. Altough... maybe bit slow for 3 mana, if you have minion you can buff him right away.
