Posted Jul 11, 2022 (Castle Nathria Pre-Patch)I'm assuming when this is improved, it will reduce the cost of the cards drawn by 2 then 3, etc. which is a pretty strong effect when you're already running the other Relics, but if it can stack with the Location that'll be powerful.
I believe you can use the location, cast this, and it'll draw 2 reduce by 1, then draw 2 reduce by 2, and giving your other relics two boosts
