It's just a list of noticable cards which rotate out with next expanison with a short comments about popular archetypes. I don't speculate about future meta, because we know almost nothing about new cards.
The most meaningful is loss of Jade Idol and all jade related cards which completely eliminate this archetype from standard (Thank God, finally). Kun the Forgotten King is used in Quest Druid (both, ramp and maly), but can be replaced by legendary weapon.
Well, Aggro and Secret Hunter are non-existent in meta so loss of these cards is insignificant. But Hunter is also losing Barnes which hurts Midrange and Spell archetypes.
In meta u can see 3 Mage archetypes: Burn Mage, Secret Mage and Exodia Mage. Exodia Mage will lose some good card generators, but I'm sure there will be printed new ones. Problem will be with Ice Block which keeps mages alive and will be moved to HoF. Burn Mage will lose some cards but I think they will replace them. Secret Mage will lose 1/3 of its deck and will be dead for sure.
Priest is very popular choice on a ladder now. U can meet Spiteful, Big, OTK and Dragon Priest. Without Barnes and Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound and some other cards Big Priest will be gone. For OTK Priest without Potion of Madness will be much harder to make a combo (still possible with Shadow Madness and ur own minions). Spiteful and Dragon Priest should be still viable but on much lower power level.
Rogue is a niche class for now. You can play Miracle or Kingsbane Rogue. Miracle will suffer from Arcane Giant loss, but I think it will find da wae (as always). Kingsbane will lose Southsea Squidface and Coldlight Oracle. Without good card draw Kingsbane Rogue will leave the meta.
Sometimes u can meet a Evolve Shaman on a ladder and that's all. And with rotation he will lose some serious tools, like Evolve or Doppelgangster, but I think Blizz want to keep this archetype and will print some new cards for it.
Another popular choice on ladder, now and in future. Why? Because most popular archetypes (Cubelock and Control) will lose almost nothing. The only noticable loss will be Mistress of Mixtures (and N'Zoth, the Corruptor in Control).
There is no Warrior. Warrior is a lie. But seriously after Patches the Pirate nerf Warrior fell out of meta. Sometimes u can meet Fatique Warrior but it's more nuisance than a threat.

PALADIN
Vilefin Inquisitor, Steward of Darkshire, Rallying Blade, Stand Against Darkness
Getaway Kodo, Grimscale Chum
Two archetypes - Dudeladin and Murlocadin. Murlocadin will lose some combo potential without Vilefin Inquisitor but still should exist. Dudeladin will suffer some serious loss; lack of Steward of Darkshire, Rallying Blade and Stand Against Darkness can eliminate this deck from meta.

Thanks for putting this together!
