a lesser version of Duplicate, but at least with Duplicate we can get 2 copies instead of 1 copy increases value by double.

The wording is misleading and needs to be changed.  If attacking an enemy minion kills one of your minions, this secret does not trigger.  I learned the hard way.

I'm learning in an even harder way that secrets aren't active during your turn.

Competitive Spirit says Hi! ;)

It actually works well in combination with redemption and deathrattle minions - giving you a second and third Sludge Belcher/Piloted Shredder, Tirion etc.  Time to take noble sacrifice out of the paladin secret aresenal.

Trying this out on my Anyfin N'Zoth and there is something special about playing Barnes and popping Tirion with Getaway Kodo in hand.

Synergy with anyfin and doomsayer? Possibly very good imo

Interesting synergy with Barnes, effectively making you drawing the minion or Barnes again.

Get Wickerflame Burnbristle out early alone with this up, great early game value

I really want this card to be good with Youthful Brewmaster and Ancient Brewmaster. Just keep cycling Grimestreet minions & other good tempo cards when they're hurt or silenced or whatever, rebuffing everything, then playing them again. Infinite value! Maybe I'm crazy. 

Good but this secret is kiling Paladin's hero power. Has great potential.

Would a golden copy give you a golden minion in your hand?

Very likely, as golden Redemption gives you a golden copy

this card is going to be really fun. May try a coldlight oracle fatigue paladin lol. Will be total ass, but still fun. I don't think this card will be that competitive, which is a good thing for people that actually play for fun. The reason why it won't be competitive is simply because of your hero power.
