I've played a few priests against my mill deck so far, and the closest I've come to actually losing to a priest is when one played two Dead Man's Hand... on two different turns without reshuffling them. That's why I'm here to hopefully help the priests against this deck because the priest actually has enough tools to turn the tables on the warrior.
First off, you're going to need a bit of luck, as the only way you're going to beat the mill warrior is getting two copies Dead Man's Hand. Also, getting a Coldlight Oracle is also ideal, but that's VERY luck dependent. That means cards like Mind Vision, Crystalline Oracle and Shifting Shade need to be played in such a way to maximize your chances of getting those cards.
The end goal is to be able to out maneuver the warrior by using the other priest cards so that your deck can do more DPS than the warrior can. That means the turn is going to go something like Dead Man's Hand then Coldlight Oracle (assuming you get it) and then removing the Coldlight Oracle so the warrior can't use Execute on it - which leaves other stuff with the remaining four mana. That's where something like Raza the Chained + Shadowreaper Anduin can really wreck the warrior because if you can pull off more than 10 damage a turn, you will eventually wear down the warrior, especially if you can out maneuver the warrior and start forcing them to take fatigue damage because of how you're playing Dead Man's Hand and (possibly) Coldlight Oracle.
The other thing the priest wants to avoid is being too greedy and shuffling in a bunch of expensive stuff, which will greatly slows down how quickly they can play out there hand. That's where the warrior is coming out ahead as most of the high cost (or difficult to get rid of things like Execute) because you can force the warrior to essentially choke on an ever expanding supply of executes.
I also want to touch on Archbishop Benedictus, as that card is a very terrifying prospect on initial read to the fatigue warrior because it enables the priest to get all of my tools, and then use both decks against me. I'm not sure how well this is going to work in practice because (by turn 7) I will have drawn a pretty large chunk of my deck. Also, it's a good way to introduce duplicates into your deck - so I'm not sure if this is just a meme card, or a valid tech card.
Hopefully there's some strategy here that can be used that can take a rather frustrating match and help you pull out a win on it.
This isn't how you beat fatigue warrior as priest at all. You beat fatigue warrior by putting pressure. Your method assumes that the priest has insane amounts of RNG. In reality, the best way to beat fatigue warrior is to play stuff like Lich King, ysera, forbidden statue, etc at the right time and throwing down Anduin as soon as humanly possible.

Totally valid. If DMH Warrior ever became dominant, I would recommend ALL Razakus lists switch to the Hemet + Benedictus version. Delete your deck, draw your tools, then reshuffle infinitely.

Just save Velen till the warrior reduces it's cost a few times with bring it on then burst the warrior down.
I've yet to see that actually happen.
Each time I play a Bring it on that's +10 armor. You can't burst me down fast enough because I can always execute Propet Velen (as I will more than likely have played Scourgelord Garrosh) and then it's GG because you don't have a way to win it - especially since I can always duplicate Shield Block to gain armor in addition to getting more than 2 Bring it on in hand so it's next to impossible to kill me.
In my experience you have to pressure them and help them overdraw, if the cards fall in order it is an unwinnable match up but if you can give them trouble with the big cards and the cards they want to save for later then you can win by milling or forcing them to play a non-optimal game.
As a priest I would be giving them every draw possible from an acolyte just to achieve that since otherwise my chance of winning are close to none.
Try not to overdraw (remember they play 2 Coldlight Oracle), but be risky with your plays (if he burns his dead mans hand, its your win)
Bait his greed and make him prefer draw over armor and get to point 5
In every match theres a point when the warrior switches from trying to draw cards to gain armor (mostly by bring it on or shield block), try to kill him before this. Every match past this point is a lost one (The switch is often after turn 16)
I have been trying out a rather quick Priest deck that runs a bunch of early-game cards and uses Devour Mind, Elise and Thoughtsteal twice each to get maximum value out of very few cards as a plan B if you don't manage to snowball to victory quickly.
And boy, Fatigue Warrior is so satisfying to beat with it. I consistently manage to bait out some of his removal before he can resort to reshuffling infinitely. And more importantly, I manage to get Dead Man's Hand and his removal myself, which makes the game quite easy. As I run Coldlight Oracle and Dirty Rat as techs (or for the lulz respectively), I can get out his Coldlights to ruin his plays for instance as well.
Obviously, that deck of mine is not super viable, but Fatigue Warrior is a favourable matchup at least.

Totally murdered those 3 fatigue warriors that I have faced since reaching rank 5. :)
Deck has been very fun/different than more common Razakus decks. Also, it is quite viable against most other decks (hardest have been actually big priest, not so common fortunately). Still learning to play it.
The most satisfying thing about playing in the low ranks of legend is denying a Rank 1 from hitting legend with your Memedictus deck while they're clearly using something legit.

No, just normal Razakus, but I'm still beating Rank 1s with Memedictus.
