Steamwheedle Sniper. Had both from GnG. Didn't use them for years. Disenchanted as per epic tier list lol(yes I know buyer beware), ended up crafting both again for even hunter.
Secure the Deck. Same as above, now with new druid quest seems semi viable
Crafting:
Sphere of Sapience has it's uses but I have yet to find a deck I like with it.
Disenchanting: Dragon Soul (Only because I did so before it tracks whether you had the card before, so I got a second one when I went back to get more KaC cards...)
Finders Keepers (The new shaman quest would easily welcome this card)

Lol I disenchanted Maiev immediately, never saw the appeal in that card. Also have a swamp queen have never used it but haven't disenchanted it, figure will try it for fun one day
Sylvanas Windrunner in beta when she got nerfed from 5 to 6 mana. At that point I was a F2P player who played a lot of arena, but also some constructed. I have realized that she is still really good at 6 mana but I didnt have the dust to craft her again. Luckily I got her again after one of my arena runs and I was very happy to get her back. (I hope they will make a diamond version of her at some point.)
Crafting:
Mimiron's Head. So at some point when I wasnt really sober I thought its gonna be awesome to complete the Open the Waygate with spare parts and play Mimiron's Head + double Target Dummy + Time Warp and OTK my opponents. But it was horribly hard to make this OTK and even when I have summoned Voltron I couldnt kill my opponent with it. I probably shouldnt craft legendaries when Im drunk.
I disenchanted Lorekeeper Polkelt when he got nerfed because I was dust poor. I guess I still am dust poor, but I see a few fun decks these days that still use him so I kinda regret.
But not enough to craft him again, I guess.
This wouldn't be a problem if I just had infinite money.
The thing I regret the most is crafting Hadronox in KotFT because I was hyped. only to find out it was terrible and disenchant it during KnC, and then I had to craft him again because he was the centerpiece of a meta deck in Witchwood...
Biggest regret: I disenchanted all old cards after getting back in the game after two years, because I thought I’d never play wild. Oh boy, was I wrong.
My biggest regret for both disenchanting and crafting was The Black Knight.
When I was first starting (GVG), I was checking out deck lists, and I saw that The Black Knight was in most of them. Little did I realize that most of the lists I was looking at were from Beta.
To get enough Dust, I disenchanted most of my Epics and my Malygos (cause I read that it was the worst Dragon). Yeah, I never really played The Black Knight after crafting it.
Adding insult to injury, I pulled The Black Knight shortly after in a pack.
Disenchanting ... I only disenchant extra cards ... e.g. a short while ago I disenchanted a golden C'Thun and kept my regular C'Thun ... that was a ton of dust I used to craft the remaining epics I needed so I had at least 1 copy of each card for the last expansion and still have a bunch left for the coming expansion.
When an expansion rolls over to wild I dust every single gold card and keep 2 copies of all regular cards (1 of legendaries) ... this nets me a ton of dust ...
Crafting ... no regrets either. I'm slowly working my way back in wild sets, crafting every single card (only legendaries really, one or two epics) to complete each set. I leave the classes I don't care for, for last (Mage, Priest, Druid, Warrior, Demon Hunter (but I have all DH cards anyway)) and start with Neutral legendaries per set ... next up to craft Master Oakheart ... am missing a couple of Boomsday legendaries (probably my least favorite expansion to date) but can't be bothered at the moment (Boomship, Pocket Galaxy and Kangor's Army) ... after Oakheart the class legendaries I'm missing for K&C.
Buy one expansion bundle and the rest of my packs with gold ... play one or two evenings a week. But because I have all cards in standard and dust all golden I get a ton of dust per expansion period (including nerfs etc.). If I didn't buy the bundle I'd probably not be able to craft wild cards. Have been playing on and off since the start of Hearthstone but only really since Un'Goro have I purchased the bundle. The best thing to happen is the no-dupes rule because I got 3 Ozruk's opening my Un'Goro packs (will never forget that) and boy was I irritated, dusted 2 needless to say. Oh, and speaking of Un'Goro ... dusted a golden Open the Waygate when it got nerfed ... was my only copy, and don't have it anymore ... was worth it though. I'm sure I'll craft a copy in the near future (+/- 1 year).

Bloodreaver Gul'dan good card but control Warlock is boring as shit

Crafting: Swampqueen Hagatha (Assumed Corrupt the Waters would carry it)
Maiev Shadowsong (I forget if I crafted it or not, either way it lost its luster almost immediately after that expansion)
Pint-Sized Summoner and Master Swordsmith (...the first cards I ever crafted because "DUDE! Mana discount! Attack buffs!")
Wait what am I supposed to write here again

I regret crafting Shifter Zerus in golden because trump said it was OP
My Recruit url for those who want dem packs! https://battle.net/recruit/CDF2JMK6CQ?blzcmp=raf-hs&s=HS&m=pc
Golden Floop's Glorious Gloop, Dr. Morrigan and Myra's Unstable Element, most of the Death Knights, Corridor Creeper...
I disenchanted Lorekeeper Polkelt when he got nerfed because I was dust poor. I guess I still am dust poor, but I see a few fun decks these days that still use him so I kinda regret.

Corridor creeper is alright in odd paladin. Also DKs suck but are fun at least. Especially Jaina and Uther
Regret crafting Mozaki and Shadow Council recently.

No crafting regrets, however I regret almost all the cards I disenchanted, mostly legendaries.
Biggest regret: I disenchanted all old cards after getting back in the game after two years, because I thought I’d never play wild. Oh boy, was I wrong.

Mozaki is awesome though. Easiest legend in wild
Golden Cannonmaster Smythe
Was tested enough last expansion, was found not good enough and soon dropped. Decided to dust him last week, needless to say I lost 1600 Dust -_-
Regret disenchanting:
Rip to -> a Golden Floop's Glorious Gloop , Golden Princess Huhuran , Golden Mogor the Ogre , regular The Mistcaller , regular Eydis Darkbane , regular Fjola Lightbane , regular Stalagg , regular Feugen , regular Dr. Boom and regular Kel'Thuzad . Most off these i disenchanted after the anouncement of Wild Format.
Regret crafting:
-> Kiri, Chosen of Elune , Houndmaster Shaw , Toki, Time-Tinker , Akama Some of these ones i don't like anymore after the new expansions but maybe they will be good or fun some day!
Extra: Cards i really love i crafted: Baku the Mooneater , Dragonqueen Alexstrasza , Genn Greymane , Brann Bronzebeard , Dr. Boom, Mad Genius , Bulwark of Azzinoth , Bloodreaver Gul'dan , Lord Godfrey , Astromancer Solarian , Dreadscale , Malfurion the Pestilent and actually some more.
No regrets on either side.
