It's hysterical how insanely OP she can be, but it's far more likely to just break even. Had one today that played a Primordial Studies and then cloned herself with Potion of Illusion. I play the 0 drop S. Prime next and she not only gave me a Mana Biscuit, but she Potioned herself and the other S. Prime too once again. Third one literally burned my opponent down from around 20 health to dead with a couple of high damage spells.
The nerf was too much. 7 mana was way too good. 9 is too much. 8 would have been perfect.
Played Solarian Prime with Zephrys on my board, in a practice match.
She killed herself, then killed Zephrys, then set up Ice Barrier.
Only then I read the card text fully and realized that she only casts Mage spells, and those are mostly harmful to the target.
I feel stupid now!
Might be the best among primes but there is fierce competition. Reliquary of soul also really good.
thx blizz for makin the decision so ez for me what to craft first :D
Mage doesn't have any buff spells, does it? I can't think of any (other than Conjurer's Calling (potentially a buff)... Luckily it cant cast Paladin spells
My first tier Warlock set in BC .... !! Very nostalgic art !! That s why i m gonna try that card !!!
well.... for sure not THIS one.
Prime effect is prolly a wiff, but its still a 2 mana +spell damage. If tempo mage makes a return a kobold+ is attractive.
Very bad RNG-based legendary.
In pull will be (after rotation) Conjurer's Calling and Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron , cards which can help your opponent.
...and useless cards (in round 7+) Raid the Sky Temple (if will be in pool) , Ancient Mysteries , Elemental Allies , Arcane Explosion , Arcane Missiles , Icicle
Situational cards like Secrets and Tome of Intellect are for discusion.
I dont even know what the hell is going on with these RNG cards but oh boy im lovin it!
and hearthpwn still doesnt have the technology to show tokens or, in case of hero cards - hero powers, on the cards pages :(
Ok, this guy is terrifying. A solid on curve body at the start with a stat line you'd want, but his prime version is disgustingly scary. 5 random mage spells with +1 damage, that will always hit an enemy if it can? Puzzle box has nothing on this. Mage only has (last I checked) non targetting 1 sided benefit spells (so secrets, draw, etc. Don't affect the opponents things, just yours), or damage spells, which can't back fire here. Only card you don't really want to hit will probably be puzzle box and conjurers calling. But this card, while "random", is targeted more than well enough that it's not really random. Just a question of how impactful he will be when played. This one can't really backfire.
Imagine not wanting Puzzle Box.
It's more puzzle box can go wrong, and you often play it while you're behind. Not like you're wanting a twisting nether over a flamestrike while you have a 7/7 on the board.
Actually, this is not a guy. It is female.
Except for when it causes negative effects to only damage enemies.
