When I look around the forums, I can't help but notice a lot of rage and salt (myself being a contributor to some of that, for sure). I'm not kocking that one bit. I was just I'm curious to take a different approach with this post.
I wanted to hear what deck you have the most fun playing. Could be a deck you don't have the most success with, but you still just love playing it.
For me, I think it's got to be Neviilz's Pala-fin deck. Just love the challenge of cycling through the deck till I get Anyfin Can Happen and then blasting away. I know it's a OTK deck, but it's definitely not an easy win condition. Takes lot of strategy to play correctly. Soooooo satisfying Old Murk-Eye when finishes them off.
Mill Decks are fun for me, they might not be too effective, but when you have your opponent at fatigue and you still have 4-5 cards in your deck and removal in your hand you just know theres nothing they can do to win and its amazing. (Unless you get that 1/1000000 game where they have OTK in hand and are just BMing you by pretending they are going to be fatigued to death, but thats funny anyway so its still awesome!)
I like cassino mage. The very rng version with Spellslingers, Unstable Portals and Nexus Champion. Idk, it's just that I like when matches are always different and you have to improvise (yes, like some tavern brawls, thanks Blizzard!)
I've been playing a homebrew Anyfin deck (not the control-core OTK that seems to have become typical) for the past couple weeks and really enjoying it.
It works pretty well, too, at least in the lowly 10-15 range. Going to try and get it to 5, but will probably need another good streak to get there. I did recently win 9 in a row with it (over several days--limited time to play this season), so you never know....
For me the most enjoyable decks are warlock decks, both Zoo and Renolock (and Handlock) because you have to make the most decisions on every turn, not just 1 "right" play.
Beast hunter is still one of my favorite decks to play. The way so many different cards combo together makes it different to play each time. The buzzard nerf removed a lot of the combos, but I'll still add a buzzard to a deck once in a while for nostalgia.
I also enjoy the flexibility of the deck as it is easy to swap in and out different beasts like Tundra Rhino, Ram Wrangler or Scavenging Hyena to keep the deck interesting.
In terms of the "mainstream" decks, probably handlock, oil rogue and freeze mage.
Out of this, I enjoy playing fatigue mage and even less conventional decks like mech warrior just to watch people's reactions.
I tend to get bored of playing the same deck very easily though, so I play basically any deck that my collection allows me to depending on my mood swings.
I also do not to give a crap what the community dubs as "acceptable" decks, and if I log into hearthstone and for some reason feel like playing face hunter for the whole day, I will.
Egg druid is a lot of fun - I've never had fun with the typical druid decks so my druid portrait isn't golden. But egg is fun enough that I'll probably grind out legend with it this season in order to get the golden portrait.
Surprisingly, it is *really* good as well. There is a lot of strategy in how and when you use your buffs and stick minions, and the order in which you trade (do you trade off sticky minions to maintain presence and minions for roar or do you trade non-sticky minions to play around aoe). It's a bit draw dependent - every deck struggles when it draws badly but this deck truly goes down in flames when you get unlucky on mulligans/draws. Conversely, if you can pull a bunch of sticky minions into something like a soul of the forest it can be near impossible to lose. It can also do some super disgusting stuff like 2 5/6 taunt minions on turn 1, or lethal on turn 3/4. It's certainly worth a try and one of the more fun decks I've played.
I'va always had fun with classic Control Priest, with all the little combos.
Most recently, I've been playing a custom Hobgoblin warlock for fun, and it's nice albeit not very competitive. From the actual, well-refined decks, my favorite is Oil Rogue, a real thinker's deck. It just feels you can come back from anything with that deck.

Well, let me know what you like playing the most.

There once was a man from Nantucket...
Mt favorite is still handlock, it is not really playable any more, but it is so much fun to pilot.
CW, handlock (classic, dead now sadly) and facehunter.
I've really been enjoying the Miracle Druid archetype. Playing one with an Aviana/Brann combo right now.
But this deck has been one of the most fun and interesting decks I've seen in a while!

Mill rogue, my own rng priest and mage, kripp's summoner stone priest.
Deck that i think is fun but i dont have key cards for it:
dreadsteed deck
Worgen-OTK warrior. Tough for grinding, though, but such pleasure when the OTK pulls off.
And control priest, probably.
Change yourself, and the world changes with you.

Most fun decks for me are definitely Control Priest, Midrange Paladin and the good ol' Handlock (RIP).
The end is coming!
It was Mill Rogue for about five minutes, but then that got old fast. Still satisfying when it works, but it doesn't always work.
Midrange pally is fun, but eh.
Deathrattle Shaman and Buzzword Shaman are a lot of fun -- scarab is just very satisfying to play.
Egg Roll druid when I feel like mixing it up, it's a very different deck and I can really appreciate that.
But my Dreadsteed Deck has got to be my favorite:

Pirate rogue and feign death hunter.
Valar Morghulis
Mill rogue is pretty fun. Also Wowhobbs' Quick Priest.
This is my favorite deck to date:
Howdy! [cardimg=gold ]Card Name[ /cardimg] (no space)
Hey, how's it going?
What's poppin,' player?
Steal all the things Priest, Duplicate/Echo Mage, and deathrattle Shaman are my three favorites to play.
